Society maintenance is very good, showcasing its commitment to meticulous upkeep. The amenities, including the top-tier gym and pristine swimming pool, reflect the community's dedication to excellence. Connectivity is seamless, providing easy access to services and destinations through a reliable public transport system consisting of buses, auto-rickshaws, and taxis. Residents appreciate the proximity to bustling markets, grocery stores, healthcare facilities, and educational institutions, ranging from schools to colleges. Children have ample space for leisure and recreation in the sprawling park, enhancing the community's appeal. Renowned for its warmth and hospitality, the community fosters a welcoming atmosphere.
Things need improvement
Construction quality was not so good. There were issues of seepage and leakage that should be resolved. Despite this, everything else was good, and there were no major issues.

The society offers a variety of amenities, including a park, gym, swimming pool, kids' play area, garden, and clubs. It's a pleasant place to live due to the strong security measures and abundant greenery. The neighborhood is hospitable and friendly.

The amenities provided and the surrounding facilities cater to all the essential needs of the society's residents. There are no upgrades needed, and there are no unresolved issues.

There is enough parking for residents in the society. Festivals are celebrated, and the residents are cooperative. All modern amenities are available and well-maintained. There are no issues with leakage or seepage. The maintenance charges are justified. There is no issue with power cuts, as the society provides a backup. The metro station is just 1 km away, and the connectivity is good with auto-rickshaws easily available nearby.
Things need improvement
The society sometimes faces issues with water supply not being enough. There is limited inside parking for visitors. More attention is needed for hygiene, and the dustbins and overall cleanliness should be improved in the society.

Power cuts were infrequent in the society. Cleanliness standards were well-maintained, and water was available round the clock. Parking facilities met residents' needs, and they were generally cooperative and celebrated festivals together. There were no problems with leakage or seepage, and both the gym and swimming pool were kept in good condition. Public transport was readily accessible nearby.
Things need improvement
The society lacked a play area, and the garden was relatively small. Additionally, there was no designated parking inside the society for visitors; they had to park outside.

Autos and buses are not nearby, and there are frequent issues with leakage in the flat. The garden is small and poorly maintained. Lift maintenance is ongoing, and festivals are infrequent.

With taxis, cars, metro, and train stations close by, the region is well-connected. Good natural light and ventilation are present in the buildings. In addition to a small swimming pool, the society features a garden and a kids' play area. The locals are genuinely wonderful folks.
Things need improvement
Clubs and a gym are two crucial things that the community lacks and are very significant to many people. Hygiene problems result from the lack of routine cleaning and rubbish collection. The room in the small swimming pool needs to be increased.

The society faces persistent issues with seepage, leakage, and cracks, which worsen during the rainy season. Stray dogs are a frequent presence, adding to the challenges. The neighbors are noisy and unfriendly, and the lack of soundproof walls makes it difficult to find peace and quiet.

Good things here
Since there are no problems like seepage, leaks, or cracks, the building quality is excellent. The residences offer excellent living conditions since they are well-ventilated and get lots of sunlight.
Things need improvement
There is no train station, subway, or well-kept road, therefore connection is bad. The unfriendliness of the neighborhood has a detrimental effect on the sense of community.

Network issue is a serious issue here and also the lifts are not working properly.
