It is located in a good residential area and has very good road access. Very good construction used with good and branded material. Never faced through any difficulties in my stay there from 12yrs

Some outside works are still not completed such as Road, Painting, rooftop floor etc. Parking space has to mark properly.

In this hostel there is noisy guest and there staff behaviour is also rude and sometimes dirty room also found

Riyasat Hills provides the opportunity to avail the benefits of the Farmlands in various ways (Convert to Gated Community as per Govt.policies). Amenities including shops, restaurants and shopping malls are reachable at a short distance. Booking a cab or public transport is also an easy task at this location. The construction quality is very good as the houses have good ventilation system and the bathrooms are also big in size. There are several colleges and schools nearby which further makes it easier for parents who are looking for quality education for their kids without having any safety concerns.
