Good things here
I'm grateful for the convenient connectivity and the welcoming vibe among our neighbors in the society. While we're fortunate to have nearby schools, hospitals, and accessible public transportation options like autos and cabs, there's nothing exceptionally remarkable about our community. Nonetheless, the friendly and supportive nature of the residents adds to its charm.
Things need improvement
There's definitely room for improvement in our society, and I've identified a few areas that could use some attention. Firstly, it's essential for the builder to fulfill their promises regarding amenities. Currently, the lack of parks is disappointing, and enhancing parking facilities would greatly benefit everyone. Security also needs enhancement, with CCTV cameras covering all areas and reliable backup systems in place. The unpaved driveway area not only looks unattractive but also affects accessibility. Proper construction of this area would improve both aesthetics and functionality. Lastly, addressing minor seepage issues is crucial for maintaining the quality of our buildings. With proper maintenance, we can ensure that our homes remain comfortable and safe for everyone.

The society benefited from excellent connectivity, with various transportation options readily available, including autos, cabs, buses, Ola, and Uber. Additionally, the surrounding roads were impeccably maintained, guaranteeing smooth travel without encountering any potholes or damages. Nearby markets, schools, and hospitals further enhanced this connectivity, ensuring residents never faced any challenges in accessing essential services.
Things need improvement
The lack of trustworthiness from the society's builder is deeply concerning, and it is evident in the overall maintenance and amenities within the community. Regrettably, there are no facilities such as a gym, garden, or park available for residents to enjoy. Furthermore, the subpar construction quality, combined with the absence of repainting or upkeep, exacerbates the dissatisfaction among residents.

Outside the society, public transport options such as autos and cabs are easily accessible. Nearby, there are local shops, supermarkets, grocery stores, and restaurants to cater to residents' needs. The security system is well-established with CCTV surveillance in place. Additionally, the community is known for being friendly and cooperative.
Things need improvement
The maintenance of the society is subpar as not everything is properly maintained. For instance, even small parks like Lava suicide are neglected. Basic amenities such as temples, gyms, or swimming pools are absent. Moreover, the construction quality is notably poor, particularly evident in the inadequate plaster quality. Even a small hole in the wall causes significant plaster damage.

Good things here
The flats receive plenty of sunlight and have good ventilation. Previous leakage and seepage issues have been resolved. Plus, the community features a lovely garden. Cleanliness standards are high, with daily garbage collection ensuring good hygiene. Residents are friendly and enjoy celebrating festivals together. Convenient access to autos near the society adds to its appeal.
Things need improvement
Unfortunately, there are no bus stops near the society, and the nearest metro station is 2 km away. The drinking water quality isn't great, so it's advisable to use an RO filter. Additionally, the society lacks modern amenities.

Paint has not done from long time and swimming pool are not there . cctv is not well maintenan. park and playground are very small

Good things here
Society has good connectivity links via Noida highway and Meerut road. Access to auto-rickshaws and cabs facilitates convenient travel, and basic hygiene standards are maintained. Over time, there has been enhancement in maintenance and management. Overall, the experience is rated as 3/5.
Things need improvement
The construction quality and infrastructure were very poor. Seepage and other issues could be found in many areas. Do not recommend residing in that area. The builder made false promises to buyers and delayed possession. It is a low-rise society with no basic amenities like a gym, clubs, etc. Earlier faced some water supply and logging issues.

Milan Earth is located at Raj Nagar extension in Ghaziabad. This place is situated in a prime location. Connectivity is really convenient for this place. People are nice around this place.
