Good things here
There were no issues with water, hygiene, or cleanliness in the society, and residents were cooperative. All modern amenities were available and well-maintained. Autos and buses were easily available, and there were no issues with leakage or seepage.
Things need improvement
There is a traffic issue near the society, especially at the main square, resulting in high levels of noise and air pollution.

The roads are in excellent condition, illuminated by street lights, and there's ample parking available. The society is kept immaculately clean, ensuring hygiene standards are met at all times. It's comforting to know that essential services like garbage collection, water supply, and electricity are reliable without any major issues. The drainage system works efficiently, preventing any waterlogging concerns. Additionally, the presence of a functioning lift, CCTV cameras, and security guards adds to the sense of security. The community spirit here is remarkable. Residents are friendly and cooperative, and we come together to celebrate cultural events and festivals with great enthusiasm. Furthermore, the society's pet-friendly policy is a bonus. The builder has delivered good quality walls and fittings to the residents. All amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, play area, gym, and park are available and well-maintained. The swimming pool and gym are functional and well-equipped. Garbage is collected daily, ensuring good hygiene standards. The society offers unallocated parking for owners and visitors, with security staff trained to manage parking slots. Guards are available around the clock, and CCTVs cover all areas for enhanced security. Continuous water and electricity supply is assured. The residents are cooperative, and all festivals are celebrated within the society, which enhances community�spirit.
Things need improvement
The maintenance team has not conducted any earthquake readiness test in the society yet. Additionally, although power backup facilities such as generators have been provided for both individual houses and flats as well as common areas, the associated charges for these facilities are included in the maintenance fees, which are relatively high in�this�society.

Experiencing a strong odor coming from the drainage area of my master bedroom is quite concerning. It signals a significant issue that needs urgent attention to ensure my comfort and well-being. While there haven't been any reports of seepage problems, the intermittent power cuts do disrupt daily life and can be quite inconvenient. On top of that, the unreliable WiFi connection adds another layer of frustration, especially since I rely on the internet for various tasks throughout the day. And the inconsistencies in the parking system only add to the challenges, making it difficult to find a reliable spot for my vehicle.

Good things here
I am very happy by living here as till now it's been really great. We have easy access to buses, autos, and cabs, which makes it super convenient to get around. Having schools, hospitals, and markets nearby is a big plus too and the best thing which most people face in which we are very lucky is that there is no seepage or termite problems. The ventilation is good, and everyone has their own parking spot. Plus, we follow all the rules, and garbage collection is regularly done with proper segregation of wet and dry waste, keeps our surroundings clean and hygienic. . With 24 hours electricity and water, we never have to worry about interruptions. It's also wonderful to have such friendly neighbors. We're like one big family, celebrating festivals together. We also have proper elevators installed and maintained. Lastly having the CCTV cameras, and security guards all time, we feel safe and secure.
Things need improvement
I think there are a couple of things that could be better. Sometimes, it gets really noisy around here, and the walls between our homes are quite thin. It would be nice to have more amenities too. Right now, all we have is a basic park, which doesn't offer much in terms of recreation. Adding more facilities would definitely improve our living experience.
