Good things here
Connectivity is easy and accessible within the society. If we book a cab, it arrives quickly and efficiently. People are very friendly and satisfied in the society. Construction quality is very good; there are no seepage and leakage issues in the society. Public transportation like buses is available within a walkable distance from the society. Water facilities are very good, and power backup is available. Garbage collection is efficient, and they collect waste daily within the society. The greenery in the society is very good, and the parks are well-maintained. Parking areas are available within the society, and there is a visitors' parking area as well. People are very satisfied with the environment in the society. However, there is only a gym available in the society.
Things need improvement
Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, table tennis, and indoor games are not available in the society, which is inconvenient. There are no extracurricular activities available in the society either. However, maintenance charges are reasonable in the society.

Good things here
Cabs and autos are easily available for booking through Ola and Uber in the society. Maintenance of facilities is very good. Water facilities are excellent, and power backups are reliable. Garbage collection is very good; they collect waste daily. Maintenance charges are reasonable, around 2500 rupees per month. Construction quality is very good; there are no issues with seepage or leaks in the society. Parking areas are spacious, and there is visitor parking available. Security is very good, with CCTV surveillance in place.
Things need improvement
Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, tennis court, and kids' play area are not available. Security is not good; the security arrangements are not working properly, which is very inconvenient.

Best possible gated community with low density, wide roads with greenery on both sides, play ground for both adults and children.

Swimming pool is not available however lawn tennis, cricket ground and other sports activities are available

The park is impeccably maintained, offering a high-quality space for society members to enjoy. Connectivity is superb, thanks to the proximity of the main road, allowing easy access to buses, cabs, malls, schools, and restaurants. The gate entrance is straightforward, with security guards and CCTV cameras ensuring safety. Surrounding residents are friendly, diverse, and helpful, coming together to celebrate festivals like Pongal, Christmas, Ganesh Chaturthi, and Ramzan in this vibrant community.
Things need improvement
During the rainy season, the society experiences waterlogging issues on the roads, causing inconvenience to residents. Effective measures should be taken to address and mitigate this problem.

This society boasts excellent connectivity, making it easy to reach public transport, supermarkets, malls, schools, hospitals, and even the metro. Plus, the maintenance is top-notch, and there are fantastic amenities like swimming pools, table tennis, and children's play areas to enjoy.

The society experiences heavy traffic congestion during both morning and evening rush hours, leading to delays and inconvenience for residents commuting to work or other destinations.

Essential amenities like cabs, malls, and clinics are readily available, complemented by well-maintained services such as lift operations and floor cleaning.

The behavior of the watchmen is unsatisfactory as they fail to alert residents about potential issues in this society. Improvement in their communication and responsiveness is necessary for enhanced security and resident satisfaction.

All kinds of online deliveries, including food, groceries, electronics, and other items, are delivered easily. Maintenance is excellent, with a regular water supply and reliable electricity backups. Amenities such as walking paths, parking, and small play areas are well-maintained.

The connectivity in the area is not great due to the absence of nearby grocery stores, schools, and hospitals. Additionally, there is a lack of major amenities such as a swimming pool and gym.
