Public transportation is also easily accessible within 300 meters from the society, enhancing connectivity further. The relatively new building, being only 6 years old, offers modern living spaces. Maintenance charges are reasonable, making it financially viable for residents. Additionally, having an Apollo Clinic within the society premises ensures easy access to healthcare services, while the presence of a supermarket within the society adds to residents' convenience. The proximity of a National Public School located opposite the society makes it convenient for families with school-going children. Furthermore, the spacious parking area accommodating both two-wheelers and four-wheelers caters to residents' vehicle needs. Amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, badminton court, kids play area, and cricket ground are well-maintained, enriching the overall living experience in the society.
Things need improvement
The water facility in the society falls short of expectations as it relies on tankers, leading to hard water quality. Furthermore, the flush water in bathrooms is also of poor quality, causing inconvenience for residents.

Within the society itself, residents enjoy a plethora of meticulously maintained amenities for their comfort. These include a community hall, gymnasium, swimming pool, children's play area, badminton court, and various indoor games facilities. A supermarket within the society caters to residents' grocery needs. Maintenance standards within the society are commendable, with regular cleaning and inspections ensuring the upkeep of all amenities. The society also provides reliable power backup systems, ensuring uninterrupted services even during the scorching summer months. Additionally, the association ensures water supply with tankers when needed. The construction quality is high, with the majority of flats featuring good ventilation.
Things need improvement
Public transportation options are limited since there's no metro station near the society. Additionally, the society is quite a distance from the main city, and the nearest bus stops are not within walking distance.

The water facility operates smoothly 24/7, and there's reliable power backup in the society. Garbage collection is efficiently managed, with separate collection of wet and dry waste. Inside, the kids' play area is spacious. Nearby schools are within 400 meters from the society. Amenities such as the swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and badminton court are well-maintained within the society.
Things need improvement
Facilities such as grocery shops and markets are quite far from the society, approximately 3-4 kilometers away. Maintenance charges in the society are expensive, and the electricity bill is high. The parking area within the society is not spacious enough. The association's management is lacking, with ineffective rules and poor enforcement. There are issues with seepage in the basement parking area. The maintenance of the lift is inadequate, and it is too small for the needs of the society.

Maintenance charges are reasonable. Nearby, there's a convenient InstaMart available. Amenities such as the swimming pool and clubhouse are well-maintained and spacious. The gym is equipped with modern facilities. Ample parking is available, including a designated area for visitors.
Things need improvement
The construction quality within the society falls below standard, evidenced by external cracks on certain walls. The amenities like the table tennis and badminton courts require reconstruction due to ongoing issues. Additionally, there are seepage problems in the parking area. Although there is a grocery shop within the society, their delivery service extends only to outside the premises, and their behavior towards residents can sometimes be perceived as rude.

Residents celebrate every festival together as a family, including Diwali, Dussehra, Holi, Eid, Christmas, and Tamil New Year, making cultural activities enjoyable and vibrant within the society.

The society has high maintenance charges and parking congestion issues. Power backup is limited to common areas, not individual units. Water quality is poor as it comes from tankers. Roads are in bad condition with potholes. Availability of cabs like Ola or Uber can be inconsistent, causing delays.

In my society, parking congestion is severe, road conditions are very poor, and road cleaning is substandard. Lift maintenance is inadequate, leading to frequent breakdowns. These issues collectively impact maintenance standards and resident comfort.

Connectivity is excellent as I can easily book Ola and Uber for travel. The water facility in our society is excellent, and we have reliable power backup. We enjoy celebrating festivals together as a community. Parking is ample, including designated visitor spots. Nearby schools are conveniently located opposite our society, and we also have a supermarket within.
Things need improvement
Public transportation near the society is limited. The construction quality of the flats is poor, with frequent leakages in sinks and water taps. Moreover, the maintenance charges in the society are high.
