Good things here
Connectivity can be easily accessed in this society if we book Ola or use public transport. Amenities like swimming pools, clubhouses, gyms, and kids' play areas are available and well-maintained. Water facilities are very good, and power backups are reliable. Garbage collections are very good; they collect wet and dry waste separately. Maintenance charges are reasonable in this society. Public transportation, like buses, is available within a walkable distance from the society. The parking area is very spacious. There is a visitors' parking area in the society. Facilities like grocery stores, supermarkets, and vegetable stalls are available within a convenient walking distance. We can enjoy all the festivals in this society as it is very enjoyable.
Things need improvement
The nearest metro station is quite far, about 2 kilometers away. There's a visitor parking area in the society. Maintenance should be improved in this area.

Good things here
Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and kids' play area are available and well-maintained in the society. Maintenance charges are reasonable. Parking areas are spacious and well-managed. There are designated visitor parking sites. Maintenance services are reliable. The greenery in the society is very good. Power backups are available, and garbage collection is efficient; they collect wet and dry waste separately. There are hospitals nearby for emergencies.
Things need improvement
There is a water issue in the society because the water sometimes comes into the taps dirty, so the facilities are not good there. During rainy seasons, there is seepage in some areas of the society. Public transportation via buses is available within 2-3 kilometers from the society, making it inconvenient to travel either by cab or bus.

Good things here
Its near the main road hence no issues in getting autos, cabs or public transport so no issues in the connectivity , public transport is just 1 km away. The people in the community are quite friendly and they gather together to celebrate all the holidays. No problems with the building, such as seepage, leaks, or cracks. Enough electricity, clean water, and efficient garbage collection are provided. The community has amenities like a park, clubhouse, gym, and swimming pool. Excellent parking and security.
Things need improvement
There are no issues in the society regarding any aspect like connectivity , construction , maintenance , amenities and neighbourhood . Its a great society to live in .

Good things here
One of the best things I like here is that the neighbors are well-behaved and friendly. All public transports like ola/Uber, auto, Buses are available here easily. The area is quite huge so it has good greenery, gym, swimming pool is here as well. The place is clean and well maintained.

He is currently working for an IT company that is very close to our estate as well. Here are some other facilities such as schools, hospitals, banks, shopping malls, shops for essential goods are at very few lengths. So these are the major factors of boosting this area vastly. The locality is served by the Whitefield Railway Station.
