The electricity charges are reasonable in this locality. Crime had taken place 50 years ago but after that there is huge security of patrolling police. The locality is well maintained and cabs are also easily available. Even Buses are also available. read more

Good things here
There I know water shortage issues faced in this locality. The electricity charges are also moderate and there is no history of crime in the neighbourhood. Street lights are also placed everywhere in this locality and the cabs are also easily available. read more

This is one of the most premium zones in Chennai and living here is actually quite comfortable as well. The traffic issue is also quite problematic at times. However, metro connectivity and proximity to leading workplace hubs are big plus points.

Commuting from here is quite easy for me and locality offers all the necessary amenities also. Anna Nagar only issue is that there is some high traffic volume during the peak hours. That is the only thing that had to say. Rest is all very good.
Anna Nagar is one of the premium and well-planned residential localities in North-Western Chennai. The area has excellent social infrastructure and a sound grid of roads. Anna Nagar is a posh locality with well-built bungalows, independent residential houses and apartments. Several prominent politicians, doctors and lawyers dwell here.
