I'm lucky to live in a society with great connectivity, offering easy access to various modes of public transportation like autos, rickshaws, buses, and cabs nearby. Plus, there's no shortage of local shops, supermarkets, and grocery stores, which makes running errands a breeze. We're fortunate to have round-the-clock water supply and electricity, ensuring our daily comfort. Any maintenance issues within the society are swiftly taken care of, including repairs and beautification projects. Our society takes cleanliness seriously, with regular garbage collection keeping things tidy. Thankfully, I haven't had any issues with seepage or leaks in my flat, thanks to the sturdy construction quality. Safety measures like emergency exits and well-lit corridors are in place, providing peace of mind. Our amenities like the gym and clubhouse are top-notch and well-maintained. Security is tight, with vigilant guards and CCTV cameras keeping an eye on things. Elevators are reliable, and maintenance is done on time. What's more, the people here are friendly and always willing to lend a hand. We often come together to celebrate cultural festivals, fostering a strong sense of community. Parking is stress-free with plenty of space available, and best of all, our society is pet-friendly, making it a welcoming home for everyone, including our furry companions.
Things need improvement
It's unfortunate that our society lacks safety measures for earthquakes or other natural disasters, and we don't have a swimming pool available at the moment. Additionally, ongoing construction works for the play area might cause some inconvenience.

The society has several areas that need improvement. The connectivity is just fine, rated at 3, but there is a significant lack of amenities, earning only a 2. The construction quality is also below par, with a rating of 2, indicating that the buildings may not be as sturdy or well-maintained as desired. Additionally, the overall maintenance of the society is lacking, with a rating of 2, suggesting that regular upkeep and repairs might be insufficient. These issues collectively diminish the overall living experience and highlight the need for significant enhancements.

Good things here
I have no issues at all with this place. Everything is great, from connectivity and maintenance to construction and amenities. The neighborhood is very friendly. There are no problems with CCTV, security, parking, guest parking, or stray dogs. The connectivity is excellent with easy access to public transport, and the maintenance is very good. The construction is solid, and the amenities like the garden, swimming pool, gym, and clubhouse are very nice.
Things need improvement
The only issue I have is with the water supply. Water comes from a tanker, which is not very reliable. Sometimes, there are delays, and it can be inconvenient. Everything else is perfect, but this water problem is a big issue for me. It would be much better if there was a more consistent and reliable water supply.

I am highly impressed with the connectivity of the society; it's incredibly convenient and well-connected. The construction quality is top-notch, providing a strong sense of durability and safety. The amenities available are exceptional, catering to all my needs and more. The sense of community here is fantastic, with friendly and welcoming neighbors making it a pleasant place to live.
Things need improvement
While the overall maintenance is decent, the building is quite old. Despite its age, it is maintained well enough to still appear relatively new. However, a few areas could use a bit more attention to keep up with the rest of the society's high standards.

Good things here
The maintenance charges in the society were reasonable, and the services were provided on time. Schools, hospitals, and public transport were available on all roads, and the roads were well-built, preventing any traffic issues or waterlogging.
Things need improvement
During summers, there were occasional water supply issues due to inadequate supply, which was a minor problem in the society. Additionally, there were no amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, or clubhouse available in the society.

Good things here
There is parking available for visitors. Ola and Uber are available in the society. Parking space is properly allotted to everyone. There is a fire exit in the society. Flats have proper ventilation, and sunlight comes in. There are no leakages or seepages. Water is available sufficiently. Garbage collection is done daily.
Things need improvement
Local transportation such as autos and buses are not available near the society; one has to go a little to the main road. Maintenance charges are Rs. 34000 per month, which is high considering that amenities provided are not up to that level. The play area is small, and the garden is also small. Due to pets, children face difficulties in playing. The roads outside the society are not maintained. There are frequent power cuts; but, the power backup is only for common areas.

Good things here
Build quality is great,there was no leakage seepage issues in the society.Connectivity is top notch like auto,cabs were easy to approach around the society.proper garbage disposible has been adopted by the society.Crowd of the people was good and friendly.Society was very much safe and sound due to security.
Things need improvement
Power back connection of solar and generator was given to common areas only rather everything in the society is great.

Good things here
I wasn't aware of the maintenance services in the society because I was a tenant there, so I didn't have to pay any extra charges. There was a playground for children�to�play.
Things need improvement
The roads were slightly damaged, especially during heavy rainfall when waterlogging became an issue. There was no swimming pool available among�the�amenities.

Good things here
There are schools hospitals,restaurants near by the society even transport is quite easy to approach near by the society. Crowd of the society is really good and all the festivals are celebrated in the society. Allocated parking space for owners and visitors in the society. Construction is good as there are no leakage and seepage issues in the apartments. 24/7 security gaurds are there in the society,society is neat and clean time to time garbage collection is done in the society.
Things need improvement
This is typical housing society which belongs to old constrution type and there are as such zero amenities in the society. Power back up facilitie are only for the common areas. Biomatrix facilities are not there in the society.
