I feel incredibly fortunate to reside in a society with such excellent connectivity, which makes accessing public transportation options like autos, buses, rickshaws, and cabs incredibly convenient. Having markets, schools, hospitals, and malls nearby further enhances the ease of daily life. One aspect that truly stands out to me is the society's commitment to cleanliness and hygiene. The maintenance team works diligently to upkeep the premises, and garbage collection is carried out promptly, contributing to a healthy and pleasant environment for all residents. I'm also impressed by how efficiently any issues that arise are addressed. Whether it's maintenance concerns or other matters, they are resolved in a timely manner, reflecting the proactive approach taken by the management. The availability and proper functioning of lifts further enhance the convenience of living here, ensuring smooth transportation within the building. Additionally, celebrating festivals together fosters a sense of camaraderie and belonging among residents, making it feel like a close-knit community.
Things need improvement
The place really lacks some basic stuff that would make living here a lot better. No gym, pool, clubhouse, or play area, which is a big downer. Also, there aren't any CCTV cameras or security guards around, which makes me worry about safety. Plus, we've had water problems and damp walls, showing there are maintenance issues. It would be great if they improved ventilation and let more sunlight in to make things nicer. And they really need to think about earthquake safety. Oh, and there's been some drama with pets causing problems between neighbors. They need to sort that out with better rules and management.

The absence of nearby metro and rail stations, coupled with difficulties in accessing public transport during rush hours, adds inconvenience to residents' daily commutes. Furthermore, the lack of facilities and amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and play area may impact residents' quality of life and recreational opportunities. Issues with seepage, leakage, and poor plaster quality in the apartments pose maintenance and safety concerns, while inadequate ventilation and sunlight in the living spaces can affect residents' comfort and well-being. The lack of safety measures, especially in the event of natural disasters like earthquakes, is particularly alarming and requires immediate attention. Additionally, dampness in walls and low construction quality highlight broader structural issues that need to be addressed to ensure the safety and stability of the buildings.

This society has encountered several challenges that have impacted residents' living experiences. Delayed painting projects have caused aesthetic concerns, affecting the overall appeal of the surroundings. Additionally, poorly built pipelines have led to persistent leakage issues, compromising the structural integrity of the buildings. While residents have the option to address internal pipeline issues upon acquiring a flat, this presents an additional inconvenience. On a positive note, the electrical fittings are in good condition, providing some relief amidst other concerns. However, the high cost of power backup adds financial strain to residents.

Public transports like auto, cabs are easily available outside the society. General markets and groceries are available nearby the society. Road conditions are very good. Water supply issues and water logging issues are not faced in the society. the drainage system is good in the society. Electricity issues are not faced at all. Garbage collections are done on time in the society. People are decent and educated staying in this society. There is no pet related issues.
Things need improvement
The society is on the highway for which vehicle noises are heard but it depends on which floor the apartment is situated. For super markets, malls some travelling is needed, it is not near the society. Metro is not available near the society. facilities like gym, park, club house play area for kids are not available in the society. The construction quality of the buildings average, cement is comming out from the balcony. Being a new society this is a negative point. More cleaning is required which can be improved. Elevators are not maintained properly and it stops working at times. Stray dog issues are faced a lot inside the society.

My time in the society was marred by several disappointments. The poor infrastructure significantly impacted residents' daily lives, making it challenging to navigate the surroundings. The lack of privacy around the swimming pool, being in an open area, detracted from the enjoyment of this amenity. Additionally, the absence of nearby supermarkets added inconvenience to residents' shopping routines. Moreover, the subpar maintenance facilities failed to address residents' needs effectively, further adding to the overall dissatisfaction within the society.
