When asked about dislikes, I find myself unable to pinpoint any significant issues. Our society's positive attributes, particularly its cultural harmony and inclusive community spirit, overshadow any minor inconveniences. The management's proactive approach ensures that potential problems are addressed before they become noticeable concerns.

This society has a local market just 1 kilometer away, making shopping convenient. Hospitals and schools are also nearby for easy access to essential services. Additionally, there's a gym and swimming pool available for residents to stay active and healthy. Plus, there's plenty of parking space available for everyone's vehicles.

Good things here
All the amenities are highly maintained, including a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, and kids' play area. There's a high-security system with CCTV cameras covering all areas. Cleanliness is well-maintained in the society. Autos and cabs are easily accessible nearby. All festivals are celebrated in the society, fostering a sense of community. There's a spacious parking area available for owners.
Things need improvement
At the time of purchase, the builder promised 24/7 water supply, but during summers, there are water supply issues in the apartment. The quality of construction is below average, with leakage issues present. Additionally, amenities are not provided free of cost for the tenants.

JP Norty is the ready to move flats that witnesses the best location as it is connected to the basic facilities centre nearby. The infrastructure is well structured and planned considering the nearest availability of all the basic facilities for us that are needed and is important for my family. JP Norty are the best real estate that is an excellent place to live and have the best investment.

It offers a very good and deluxe housing facility for the facility of housing for a family. The house is located at the commonplace of all basic facilities and amenities. I am loving that the houses are very much luxurious and designable that opens up for witnessing the best scenes of morning and evening time from the house itself, giving the best options for housing. we are happy here.

JP Norty has the best standard of living and spending a luxurious life while using all the handy and basic facilities needed for survival. The residential flats are surrounded by the best nature and environment which gives the best view to us who love nature like me residing in these places—the basic facilities like hospitals, schools and other complexes which are counted as the basic facility. my wife is really happy.

JP Norty is one of the most lavish and luxury residential witnessing the best view around when getting outside of the window. It has the best infrastructure as it has its own swimming pool, a football court for playing the game and many more other facilities that increase the value of living for us and gives the best standard for living. I really love living here.

While talking about the greatest investment I have done is with JP Norty, the best option that can be opted for making the best investment. JP Norty is located just right on the Mira road that is considered to be the best location. The high light towers having residential facilities open up to the best scenery. I really love living here with my family.
