Public transport options like autos, buses, rickshaws, and cabs are easily accessible outside the society, ensuring convenient connectivity. Nearby amenities include market areas, grocery stores, schools, malls, and restaurants. The society is well-maintained with a focus on cleanliness and timely maintenance, including garbage collection, pest control, paintings, and waterproofing. Security is good with security guards and functioning CCTV cameras. My flat includes a spacious balcony, and amenities like a gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse are available and properly maintained.
Things need improvement
The construction quality of the building is average, with occasional issues such as seepage, leakage, and plaster problems in the society. The clubhouse is quite small, and there are no play areas or walking tracks available within the society.

Good things here
The society offers satisfactory transportation connectivity with easy availability of public transport. There are 4-5 hospitals close by. Amenities such as a park, gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse are available. Maintenance is good, featuring timely garbage collection, proper electricity and water supply, CCTV surveillance, and security guards. Painting is done regularly. The neighborhood is friendly, with residents celebrating all festivals together.
Things need improvement
The construction quality is average with some seepage issues. Traffic has increased relatively high nowadays, and the internet connectivity needs improvement.

Good things here
Everything about the society was excellent. The connectivity was good, the construction quality was top-notch, and there were no issues with seepage. Maintenance services were also prompt and efficient, ensuring everything ran smoothly.
Things need improvement
One downside was the lack of a pool facility among the available amenities in the society. Additionally, there seemed to be a preference for owner occupants over bachelors in terms of interaction.

The connectivity of the society is very good, public transports like auto, cabs are easily available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available just outside the society. The society is always maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbage collection is done on time. Pest control is done on time. Lifts are available and it is maintained properly in the society. CCTV is installed in the society, security system is very good. Security guards are available. The constructuion quality is good in the society, sometimes issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. Water logging issues are not faced inside or outside the society. Drainage system is good in the society. Water supply issues are also not faced in the society. Other facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, park, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. People staying in the society are friendly and cooperative in the society

Gym is available but it is very small, sufficient equipements are not available in the gym.

Water supply is good in the society, no such problems are faced regarding water supply. Drinking water is avilable for 24*7 in the society. No such electricity issues are faced in the society. Drainage system is good in the society, water logging issues are not faced. CCTV is avilable in the society, Security system is good in the society. Lift is available and maintained properly in the society. The constructuion quality of the society is good, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. Other facilities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, parks, play area for kids are available in the society. People are friendly and cooperative in the society, cultural festivals and events are celebrated together. Stray dog issues are not faced in the society.

Society chode hue kafi time hk gaya ha to itna yaad nahi ha but waha mostly experience acha hi raha tha or connectivity bhi achi thi schools or hospitals pas hi the.

Society ki construction quality ko mein 3 rating dena chahungi kyuki construction quality thodi kharab thi.

There are no water logging issues faced inside or outside the society. Drainange system is very good in the society. Visitor's parking space is available in the society. Paintings are done on time. Other facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, play area for kids are available in the society. Walking space is available in the society premises. People are friendly and cooperative in the society, all the festivals and events are celebrated together in the society.
