Good things here
People are pretty good, and there are helpful bachelors. They are allowed no difference among each other in spacious 4-floor apartments with good ventilation and air quality. The rooms are overall well-maintained. Location-wise, within 1 km, there are grocery stores, supermarkets, and clinics available. The road quality is good, and proper functioning street lights illuminate the area. There is ample parking space, along with amenities such as a small swimming pool, a kids' play area, table tennis, a gym, a clubhouse, a walking track, and a garden. Maintenance is diligent, with daily cleanup of floors and gardens, proper painting, and the lift in working condition. Frequent garbage collection is ensured, and there is 24*7 water and electricity supply available.
Things need improvement
There is a need for improvement in the gym equipment in this society to better cater to residents' fitness needs and ensure a more comprehensive and effective workout experience.

Connectivity is great here; you can easily book cabs within the society. Water facilities are excellent, and there�s reliable power backup. The garbage collection service is very efficient, with daily pickups keeping the area clean. The society has a range of well-maintained amenities, including a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and a kids' play area. Maintenance charges are reasonable. There are hospitals conveniently located just 1-2 kilometers away. The lush greenery in the society creates a pleasant environment. Parking is spacious and convenient, with visitor parking also available. Additionally, metro stations are easily accessible from the vicinity
Things need improvement
Construction quality is poor; there are leaks and seepages on the society, which is very inconvenient. Public transportation options like buses are not available nearby; they are roughly 2 kilometers away. There are no visitor parking facilities in the society.

Connectivity is good and easily accessible from within the estate, making it convenient for residents. Water supply is very reliable, and there are good power backups. Garbage collection is very efficient; they handle wet and dry waste separately. People are very friendly and respectful. Cleaning services are very good in the estate. Construction quality is very good; there are no issues with leaks or maintenance. Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and kids' play area are available and well-maintained. Maintenance charges are reasonable. There is a small grocery store available within a walkable distance, which is convenient.
Things need improvement
Public transportation is not very reliable; buses and trains are infrequent and inconvenient for commuters. Hospitals are available but located 5-6 kilometers away, which is quite inconvenient.

Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and kids' play area are available and well-maintained. Connectivity via cabs and autos is easily accessible if we book through Ola and Uber in the city. Maintenance is very good, with excellent water facilities and reliable power supply. There is ample waste segregation in the society, making it convenient. Parking areas are spacious and visitor-friendly. Construction quality is very good, though some buildings are around 10 years old. Hospitals are within walking distance, which is convenient.
Things need improvement
Public transportation options like buses are not available, which is very inconvenient. The nearest metro station is still under construction, about 1-2 kilometers away.

The roads in our neighborhood are in bad shape, which makes it tough for us residents, even though we have lots of amenities and nice neighbors.

Everything in their society is satisfactory, from the amenities to the cleanliness. Residents enjoy well-maintained facilities and a comfortable living environment. There are no notable issues or concerns affecting the overall satisfaction of the residents.

The neighborhood is posh and safe. Some water logging problems during monsoon. The construction is sturdy and the interior is spacious enough to be designed according to our needs. I am really happy that we will be living in this dream home which gives good returns in long term.
