Within a 2 km radius, residents have convenient access to supermarkets, vegetable shops, small clinics, and schools, enhancing the overall convenience and quality of life within the community.

Good things here

The atmosphere of the city is very decent. There is a lot of space for walking in front of the gate. Ventilation in the flats is very good, and the flats are very spacious. Water facility is very good, available 24/7 in the society. Power backup is also available. Garbage collection is very good; they collect daily at a particular time in the society. Public transportation like bus routes are available within 1 km from the society. Hospitals are available within 2 km, which is very convenient for emergencies. Parking area is very spacious, and there is also provision for visitor parking in the society. People are very friendly and respectable. There is no water scarcity in the society.

Maintenance of lifts is not good; there is still lift construction ongoing in the building. Maintenance charges are expensive in the society. Cleaning should be improved on roads inside the society. Roads are also not in good condition in the society.

The people around here are friendly, and we enjoy celebrating several festivals together like Karnataka Rajyotsava, Diwali, Holi, New Year, and Christmas. Within a 1 km radius, residents have easy access to a bus stop, supermarkets, and grocery stores. The roads are in good condition with street lights and plenty of parking. Garbage is collected daily, and we have reliable water and power supplies. The lifts work well, and the buildings are well-constructed with spacious, well-ventilated rooms

The maintenance in this society needs significant improvement, as it frequently causes issues and dissatisfaction among residents. Urgent changes are necessary to improve living conditions and overall satisfaction

There is also limited greenery outside the society, with only about 50% of the area covered with trees and plants; this should be improved in the surrounding areas of the society.
