Spacious rooms with space for a mandir, well-designed kitchen, spacious balconies with good views, shops, a well-maintained club, spacious playground, good public transport connectivity, easy availability of cabs/autos, and nearby metro connectivity.

Issues with the inadequate maintenance, delays in completing club house and other amenities, subpar outdoor sports courts like basketball court, high maintenance charges, limited parking space, and the society not being pet-friendly.

I am living here for some time now. The area is ideal for educational purposes with coaching centers and bookstores nearby. The society provides good access to public transport, making it easy to travel around Delhi.

The society lacks green spaces, which can be a drawback for those looking for a more tranquil environment. the amenities and facilities provided are top-notch, including a movie room, swimming pool, and gym.
