Good things here
The society consistently upholds cleanliness and hygiene standards, ensuring a pleasant living environment. Timely garbage collection and pest control contribute to the society's cleanliness and hygiene. Residents benefit from a reliable water supply with no reported issues, and there are no major electricity problems thanks to available power backup. Waterlogging is non-existent, and the drainage system functions effectively. The construction quality is commendable, with occasional minor issues such as seepage, leakage, and plaster problems. Amenities like a gym, swimming pool, park, clubhouse, and play area for kids enhance residents' quality of life. Security measures including CCTV installation, a robust security system, security guards, and well-maintained lifts ensure residents' safety. Adequate parking space is available for residents' vehicles. Common areas receive timely painting as required, maintaining the aesthetic appeal of the society. The friendly and cooperative nature of residents fosters a strong sense of community, with cultural festivals and events celebrated together.
Things need improvement
Outside the society, there's a lack of bus services. The nearest metro station is a bit distant from the society. Connectivity is sometimes an issues as the residents has to rely on personal vehicle or cabs foe easy connectivity.

Things need improvement
Despite its impressive amenities and construction quality, the housing society faces challenges with ventilation issues. Some residents may experience inadequate airflow or ventilation within their apartments, which can lead to discomfort and affect indoor air quality. Addressing these ventilation issues would significantly improve the overall living experience for residents and ensure a healthier environment. It's crucial for management to prioritize ventilation improvements to enhance resident satisfaction and well-being within the housing society.

Good things here
Public transport options such as autos, buses, rickshaws, and cabs are conveniently available near the society, alongside a nearby bus stop. Essential amenities like local shops, supermarkets, hospitals, and grocery stores are within a 500-meter radius. The society upholds cleanliness and proper hygiene with timely garbage collection. Occasional seepage and leakage issues, although rare, are promptly resolved. Flats enjoy good ventilation, and overall maintenance is excellent. Functional lifts and CCTV systems ensure security, while a designated play area caters to children. Neighbors are friendly and cooperative, actively participating in community celebrations. The society allows pets, with strict adherence to pet-related rules by all residents.
Things need improvement
The society lacks amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, and indoor and outdoor games. Roads outside the society are under construction, leading to waterlogging issues during the rainy season.

Good things here
The roads in front of the society were well-maintained. The society was clean. Ventilation was good; sunlight came in. Sufficient parking was allotted for everyone. The lifts were maintained. Water was available 24/7.
Things need improvement
The society did not receive permission for the gym and swimming pool, so they were not operational. Autos were not available near the society; one had to walk 500 meters to find them. Although my flat didn't have it, other flats experienced leakage and seepage issues.

All my expectations have been met. Amenities are superb; particularly appreciate the Club House, Jogging and Strolling Track, Cycling & Jogging Track, Power Back Up, Swimming, Pool, Lift, Security, Park, Reserved Parking, Visitor Parking, Intercom Facility and Maintenance Staff and what not. Almost everything I can imagine will be here in this project. The area is safe for moving about till late at night. I’m looking forward to move in.

What can I really say about this one other than it is money’s worth! Yes price is steep but that is natural since this is one of the big project. The sector is home to many Hospital, which is regarded as an equipped and reputed hospital in the area. Moreover, many schools are also present in close vicinity. I am looking forward to move in here.

What do I really say? It as an impulsive investment but now I am happy about this project! For starters, developers really admired me with superior construction, luxurious design, and interior. All maintenance and service are amazing. Phew! It's long to list and actually never ends! The safest environment and also one of the most luxurious. The only problem is logging but nothing else. Also, society is amazing for young people who are looking to be independent. Get the best value for my money as I feel now. I feel I will love living here.

It is a great construction project, i visited the site and i can asure you guys that the facilities they promises in their brochure are all here and being updated with measure cautions. I love the presesnce of the parks as my kids love having their evening game sessions so they will be having a real fun playing with other kids in the locality. My wife is also very keen to move in soon after they are ready. I loved my flat and the way it is turning into. I cannot just wait to move in here with my family.
