Good things here
Society is centrally located so the connectivity is good and local tranporation and public tranporation is easily approachable. Rooms of the apartment is quite spacious and well designed. maintenance facilities are handled very professionally so there is good security system and high rated housekeeping staff in the society. All the modern amenities are available in the society and fully functional.
Things need improvement
Parking area is quite limited for residents and visitors parking is not available in the society. Power back up facilities are not available in the society. Metro's construction work is going on due to which sometime area is polluted. Surrounding outside the society is not that good and road are of poor quality. There are no balcony attached with the flats.

Good things here
Everything is available in public transports like auto, bus, rikshaws, cabs are easily accessible outside the society. The connectivity is very good. Metro station is available nearby the society. There are bearby Markets, grocery, schools, mall, salons, restaurants available around the society. Everything is available within 300 meters around the society. For medical emergency Apolo clinic runs inside the society. The maintainance of the society is very good, hygine is also maintained. CCTV cameras are installed and it works properly all over the society. Lifts work properly.
Things need improvement
The society is very nice place to live in. I have not faced any issues in this 5 years staying here. There is no improvement required in the society.

Good things here
The society ensures regular and timely garbage collection, contributing to cleanliness and hygiene. Maintenance services are excellent, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene are well-maintained throughout the society. Residents do not face any issues with water supply. The society itself has a supermarket, and nearby market areas provide additional convenience for residents. The society is safe even during nighttime, providing residents with peace of mind and security. There have been no construction issues in the society, indicating good construction quality and maintenance. All residents have access to allotted parking spaces, reducing parking-related issues and congestion. The society offers a wide range of amenities including a gym, swimming pool, park, club house, and play area for kids, all of which are well-maintained for residents' enjoyment and convenience. Festivals and events are celebrated together, fostering a sense of unity and community spirit among residents.
Things need improvement
There is no power backup in the society, we have to wait for the electricity to come back. Availability of public transport is a bit less around the society, auto and taxi are not available.

I was looking for premium flats. I have booked apartments. The project combines reputed colleges, schools, IT parks, shopping malls, hospitals, and much more. The facilities provided are 24 hours water and electricity supply, jogging track, swimming pool, court, gym, garden, etc. The neighborhood is fine too.

It one of the best projects I've come across. The property is well planned. The sales and marketing team is excellent as they guided me properly with all the details. I have also visited the site several times. The location is decent and the facilities are provided keeping the residents in mind. I love this project and would like to recommend it.

It is an under-construction project. My friend suggested this residential project to my family. and connects reputed schools, colleges, hospitals, and malls. The features and facilities have also been properly designed. I recommend this complex for peaceful living.

Life inside Kanakia Paris is different from the outside. I feel very happy and refreshed all the time. The evening time is quite refreshing when I walk on the roads inside.

The position of the towers will not resist fresh air and sunlight entering from your apartment. The internal view is breathtaking. After a hard day, I feel fresh when I enter my compound.
