Good things here

The society maintains a flawless appearance, free from any signs of leaks or seepage. Residents enjoy well-maintained amenities, such as a top-notch gym and spotless swimming pool, underscoring the community's dedication to quality. The area boasts excellent connectivity, facilitated by a robust public transport network comprising buses, auto-rickshaws, and taxis, making life easier for daily travelers. Nearby bustling markets, grocery stores, healthcare facilities, and educational institutions, including schools and colleges, cater to residents' needs. Children have ample space in a spacious park for leisure activities. The community's reputation for warmth and hospitality fosters a welcoming environment. Moreover, communication and network services remain consistently dependable.

Things need improvement

There was no issue with anything everything was good and well maintained. Construction quality of the society was good there was no seepage and leakage.

Good things here

Inside the society, there are vegetable markets and grocery shops, so there are no problems with daily essentials. Garbage collection is done daily, and lift maintenance is also timely. Plumbers and electricians are readily available. People are helpful, and the parking area is well-organized.

Things need improvement

The gym and swimming pool were not operational, and the maintenance team worked slowly. Only two towers were occupied, while the rest were still under construction, making the society somewhat congested. Construction work generated a lot of dust in the air.

Good things here

The society has excellent connectivity, making commuting and accessing public transport a breeze. The residents are extremely friendly and welcoming, fostering a strong sense of community and social interaction.

The construction quality of the buildings leaves much to be desired, with some noticeable issues. Additionally, while the amenities provided are adequate, they could be improved, and the maintenance services, although fair, could be more consistent and efficient.

Good things here

In my flat, there are no issues with ceilings or seepage, but I cannot speak for others. All lifts and CCTV systems in the society are in good condition. The people in the society are friendly and cooperative.

During the rainy season, there is a minor issue of waterlogging. The swimming pool in the society is currently not operational. Additionally, there is a parking issue as it is located far from the flats.

Good things here

Local market is nearly 100m away. Hospital is 2km away. School and public transport is less than 1km away. CLubhouse, gym, park, garden area, swimming pool is there and is well maintained.

Good things here

Small daily-use item shops were nearby. Ola and Uber were booked for commuting. Festivals were celebrated in the society. Water was available 24/7. Cleanliness was well maintained. The flats were new, with no issues of leakage or cracks. There was good ventilation in the flats, and sunlight entered them.

When the new society was built, the amenities were not as abundant, and some were still under construction. Malls and restaurants were also not nearby. Auto-rickshaws were not readily available. The roads outside the society were not in great condition as construction work was ongoing.

Good things here

Booking Ola or Uber ensured prompt arrival, and the society was always kept clean. Water was accessible round the clock, and the residents were friendly. Festivals were celebrated joyfully, fostering a sense of community. Flats were well-ventilated, allowing ample sunlight to brighten the living spaces.

Things need improvement

Autos weren't available near the society, and the roads outside were in poor condition. Additionally, the society lacked modern amenities, and I experienced issues with leakage and seepage in my flat.

Good things here

There is nothing particular which i like in the society. but flats in the society are somehow nice.

There is a big problem of stray dogs in the society and tower a,b,c do not have parking facilities in basement .

The connectivity near the society was satisfactory, with the availability of cabs and autos, although most residents used their own vehicles for travel. Malls and restaurants were conveniently located nearby. Maintenance services were provided on time, and cleanliness and garbage collection were also done punctually. The construction quality of the society was fine, with no seepage or leakage issues reported. Additionally, the residents were friendly and cooperative, contributing to a harmonious community atmosphere.

Amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse were not available in the society. Additionally, the quality of roads was very poor, and during the rainy season, they used to get clogged, causing waterlogging issues.
