Our community benefits from its strategic location, surrounded by nearby markets, grocery stores, schools, malls, and restaurants, making it convenient for residents to access essential services and amenities. Additionally, the maintenance of our society is commendable, with timely upkeep and a focus on hygiene, ensuring a clean and pleasant environment for everyone. The installation of CCTV cameras throughout the society enhances security measures, providing residents with peace of mind. Our lifts operate smoothly, facilitating easy movement within the buildings. Moreover, the provision of 24/7 water supply and electricity ensures that residents have uninterrupted access to essential utilities. Garbage collection is efficiently managed.
Things need improvement
In our community, accessing public transportation like autos and buses can be challenging, which may inconvenience some residents. Additionally, the construction quality of the buildings is not up to par, leading to seepage and leakage issues in the flats, which can be a source of frustration and discomfort for residents. Unfortunately, amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse are not available, limiting recreational opportunities within the community. Furthermore, the absence of cultural events and celebrations may result in a lack of community engagement and bonding among residents.

Society maintenance is very good, with no leaks or issues, demonstrating their commitment to upkeep. They offer attractive amenities such as a top-tier gym and a well-maintained swimming pool, reflecting their emphasis on quality. Transportation is efficient with buses, auto-rickshaws, and taxis, making it easy to get around. Residents appreciate the proximity to bustling markets, grocery stores, hospitals, and schools, making the area highly desirable. The expansive park provides ample space for children to play, enhancing the community's appeal. Known for their hospitality, people in this community are friendly and kind.
Things need improvement
Overall, there were no issues; everything was good and well-maintained. The people of the society were kind and cultural events were celebrated together. Maintenance was also good, and the construction quality was really very good.

Good things here
The society was commendable, boasting excellent cleanliness and hygiene standards. Water was consistently available round the clock, and the lifts were efficiently maintained. Festivals were joyously celebrated, supported by a range of modern amenities. The residents were amicable, and the maintenance charges were reasonable. The construction quality was solid, without any issues of leakage or seepage, complemented by ample greenery within the premises.
Things need improvement
The roads outside the society were poorly maintained, particularly noticeable during the rainy season when waterlogging became a significant issue.

Good things here
The society has enough allotted parking for residents and visitors. There are no issues with cleanliness or water supply. Pets are allowed, and the residents are cooperative. Bachelors are allowed to live in the society. Festivals are celebrated. All modern amenities are available and well-maintained. There are no issues with leakage or seepage. Autos and buses are easily available near the society.
Things need improvement
The maintenance charges in the society seem high to me. Since the opening of the central park near the society, there has been an increase in traffic issues.

Good things here
Easy travel and sufficient connectivity are available. Regular cleaning and effective rubbish collection ensure high upkeep standards. The building has minimal cracks, ample natural light, and good ventilation throughout. Amenities such as clubhouses, a garden, a park, a gym, a pool, and numerous green spaces are provided. The residents are friendly and exhibit pleasant behavior.
Things need improvement
The amenities provided and nearby facilities meet all the basic needs of the society's residents. There are no current issues to address or upgrades needed.

The neighborhood has lots of open areas and it's very quiet, which makes it a peaceful and roomy place to live.
Things need improvement
The roads outside the neighborhood are not in good condition, and there aren't many transportation choices, making it difficult for residents to travel around and reach places easily.

Good things here
Auto-rickshaws and local transport are readily available nearby. Garbage collection is done daily. Water is available 24/7. Maintenance charges are higher, but the services provided are up to the mark. Flats are well-ventilated. All modern amenities are present and well-maintained. There are fire exits. Separate parking is available for visitors.
Things need improvement
Due to Central Park being near the society, there is a lot of traffic on weekends. Some flats have leakage issues. There have been 2-3 incidents of dog bites in the society. Other residents face problems because of pets. The metro station and railway station are 2. 5 km away.

Good things here
The connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, buses, cabs are easily available outside the society. Metro is available near the society. CCTV cameras are installed. Lifts are available and it is functional properly. society has got good drainage system, there are no such water logging issues inside the society. construction quality of the buildings is very good, seepage and leakage issues are not faced in the apartments. Amenities and facilities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, park, play area for kids are available in the society. People staying in the society are friendly and copperative, cultural festivals and events are celebrated together in the society.

I don't seem to have any issues in the society as of now.

Good things here
Local railway station, metro,bus stand is at walkable distance. Crowd of the people is of good gentry and culture. Society is very well maintained, and security system is top-notch. Build quality is big plus, no leakage and seepage issues. Lifts are very well maintained. Power back up facilities has been provided for resident.
Things need improvement
There are no modern amenities present in the society. Open parking has been provided in the society. There should be some struck rules regarding garbage, some residents through garbage from the balcony which is not good for others.

Good things here
Transportation connectivity near the society is satisfactory with easy availability of cabs and autos. Maintenance quality is also fine with no water supply and no logging issues. Construction quality is also fine with no seepage and leakage issues. Amenities like gym swimming pool and clubhouse are available and well maintained CCTVs and Elevators are installed. The neighbourhood is friendly and cooperative. The paintings are done timely. Gym instruments are well equipped. There is a grocery store.
Things need improvement
Initially there were some seepage issues in the building. Some inconvenience is caused due to the presence of stray dogs.
