Vatika The Seven Lamps society is well-connected within a 1 km radius to schools, local markets, public transport, and hospitals. It offers 100% power backup and is a gated community and clubhouse, gym, functionning pool available . Maintenance costs 3 rupees per square foot. The construction is good, and the area is clean with no pollution issues
