The society has amenities that enrich our living experience. Safety is paramount, with the presence of CCTV cameras and a 24/7 security guard ensuring our peace of mind. Environmental responsibility is also upheld through regular garbage collection, which includes segregation of wet and dry waste. Nearby, we have access to essential services such as schools, hospitals, and markets, making daily errands convenient. We enjoy uninterrupted access to electricity and water around the clock, while the excellent construction quality of our homes guarantees a comfortable living space, free from seepage issues. But what truly sets our neighborhood apart is the strong sense of community. Our friendly neighbors come together to celebrate festivals, fostering a warm and inclusive atmosphere. Moreover, designated parking spaces are allocated to each resident, with strict adherence to rules for orderly parking. Elevators are installed and meticulously maintained for easy access to all floors. Additionally, we have access to modern amenities such as a gym and clubhouse, which are well-maintained for our enjoyment. With good connectivity and easily accessible public transport options like buses, autos, and cabs, coupled with well-maintained roads, our neighborhood offers a seamless living experience. Proper ventilation, along with high-quality plaster and fittings, ensures our homes are comfortable and inviting.
Things need improvement
Despite the overall satisfaction with the society, one issue that stands out is the presence of termite problems. While everything else about the society is commendable, addressing this termite issue would further improve the living experience for all residents.

I absolutely love living here as the community is fantastic, with schools, hospitals, and markets are just a few distance away. Each resident enjoys the convenience of designated parking, making life so much easier. The connectivity is superb, with buses, autos, and cabs readily available, and the roads are always in great condition. Our regular garbage collection is praising, with wet and dry waste segregated perfectly, keeping our surroundings clean and fresh. The elevators are installed and always maintained, ensuring smooth operations without any hassles. We never face any disruptions with electricity and water supply, which is a huge relief. The construction quality is top-notch, with no termite issues and excellent ventilation that keeps the apartments airy and comfortable. The plaster and fittings are of superior quality, adding to the overall aesthetic appeal. The amenities here are modern and well-maintained, including a fully-equipped gym and a vibrant clubhouse. My neighbors are incredibly friendly, creating a warm and vibrant community spirit that makes every day special. The security is also excellent, with CCTV cameras and security guards always on duty, giving us peace of mind.
Things need improvement
There is a need for improvement regarding seepage issue as because of that walls get damage. Apart from that I find all the other things well - maintained and in a very good condition. Overall, it's a great place to live except this improvement that needs to be addressed. .

The location of the apartment is excellent, offering easy access to a railway station, metro, bus services, auto cabs, and other transportation options within a 1 km radius. The area is well-equipped with multiple malls and restaurants nearby. The society boasts impressive amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, cricket pitch, jogging track, and garden, all meticulously maintained. Maintenance standards are high, ensuring everything remains in top condition. Security is robust, with entry facilities, CCTV coverage, and guards stationed at each corridor and entrance.
Things need improvement
This society stands out as one of the best in the locality. While minor infrastructure issues may occasionally arise, the maintenance team promptly addresses them upon request. Their swift response ensures that any problems are efficiently resolved.

All modern amenities are in place and kept in good condition for everyone's use. Thankfully, there are no problems with leakage or seepage in the flats. Plus, transportation options like autos and buses are readily available nearby, and traffic isn't a hassle.

The roads outside the society are in poor condition, lacking proper maintenance.

Pets are allowed, and bachelors can reside in the society. The lifts are kept in good condition, and cleanliness and hygiene are well-maintained. Water supply is sufficient with no issues. Festivals are celebrated, and residents are respectful. All modern amenities are available and well-maintained. There are no problems with leakage or seepage in the flats. Public transport is easily accessible for convenience.
Things need improvement
There is a minor traffic issue near the society, and the maintenance charges are slightly on the higher side.

Good things here
In the society, there was a well-maintained gym and a terrace garden, making it a good area for walking. People were cooperative, and water was available 24/7. Cleanliness was maintained, ventilation was good, and there were no leakages in the flat.
Things need improvement
Public transport wasn't easily available, and there were minor cracks in the flats. There was a significant issue with seepage, and there was no playground for children. Additionally, our flat didn't receive enough sunlight.

Public transport is easily accessible from near the society. The roads outside the society are well maintained, and there is no traffic issue. There are no issues with leakage or seepage. All modern amenities are available and well-maintained. There is enough parking, including for visitors, and the maintenance charges are justified.
Things need improvement
Bachelors are not allowed to reside in the society, and there's room for improvement in the maintenance of the society.

Parking allotment system in place. Seepage and leakage issues are addressed promptly. Absence of nearby construction near the society.

Lack of maintenance, particularly the absence of power backup. Absence of gym and swimming facilities. Poor architectural design.

Good things here
Transportation connectivity was satisfactory with availability of autos and buses. Amenities like the gym, clubhouse and swimming pool are available. There is a security system. Market areas are also available nearby. Water supply is maintained. Construction quality is also fine with no seepage and leakage issues. There are a parking lot in the society.
Things need improvement
Residents don't really celebrate all festivals and events together.

There is no water logging and traffic issues around the society.Society is neat ,clean and hygenic atmosphere.All the modern amenities are there in the society.Resident of the society are friendly,helpful and kind.Allocated parking space for the resident and visitors.Power back up facilities are there in the society

Society is working fine there is no as such issues regarding anything in the society which is discomforting or dislikable.
