Society is noted for its well-maintained society and parking area designed with ample space for residents to park their vehicles comfortably. The society has its effective transportation options, which include well-organized bus services, auto-rickshaws, and taxis. These options ensure convenience for residents to easily access nearby essential services and facilities. Moreover, the neighborhood's appeal is further enhanced by the presence of a spacious park. This park not only provides ample space for children to participate in recreational activities but also fosters a sense of community among residents. The construction quality are constructed with solid materials, ensuring they are free from any cracks or leakage issues, thereby emphasizing the society's commitment to attention to detail and quality. the functioning CCTV cameras and elevators contribute to the overall smooth operation of the community, ensuring safety and convenience for all residents.
Things need improvement
There were major issues of ceiling and seepage. Construction quality should be maintained to address these concerns. Additionally, amenities were not available in the society.

Good things here
This housing society has good connectivity, making it easy to commute by providing easy access to cars, metro, train stations, taxis, and buses. Even though there aren't many in-person contacts with neighbors, the neighborhood's general atmosphere seems safe and pleasant, which adds to the comfort of living there. The living environment is kept clean and well-managed by maintenance services like elevator operation, routine cleaning, effective rubbish collection, and recurring water tank cleaning. The quality of construction is commendable, as there are very few concerns with sunshine, ventilation, leaks, seepage, and cracks in the units.
Things need improvement
Nevertheless, the housing society is devoid of a number of expected but necessary amenities, including a park, gym, swimming pool, children's play area, garden, and clubs. There are fewer options for leisure pursuits and community involvement on the property when these amenities are not present.

Good things here
Garbage collection, cleaning, and hygiene were well-maintained. The lifts, security guard, and CCTV cameras worked well. Cultural events like Holi, Diwali, and Ganpati were celebrated. Autos and rickshaws were easily available, and there was a bus stop nearby. Malls, markets, grocery shops, and hospitals were all close by, and transportation was good. The construction quality was good with proper ventilation, and there were no issues with seepage or leakage. Both covered and uncovered parking spaces were allotted for everyone.
Things need improvement
It was a small society, so there were no modern amenities like a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, play area, or garden. The metro was under construction at that time. There was no power backup available in the society, which caused a lot of issues during power cuts.

Friendly neighbours, 24/7 security, and great connectivity with easy access to buses, autos, and cabs. Schools, hospitals, and markets are nearby. Regular garbage collection with proper segregation. Well-maintained elevators, and consistent electricity and water supply. Excellent construction quality with no seepage or termite issues, proper ventilation, and good fittings. Amenities like a well-kept garden.
Things need improvement
The society lacks some amenities such as a gym, club, and swimming pool, which limits recreational options. Additionally, there are issues with parking management.
