Good things here
Connectivity is very good if we book Ola and other such services. The water facilities are very good, and power backups are available. Garbage collection is very efficient; they will collect wet and dry waste separately. Parking is very spacious, and there is visitor parking available. Public transportation, such as buses, is reachable within walking distance from the locality. Metro services are also available within 1-2 km. Facilities like grocery stores and supermarkets are available within walking distance. Hospitals are also available within a 1 km radius. Maintenance charges are reasonable. Amenities like a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and kids' play area are available and well-maintained.
Things need improvement
Construction quality is not good; there are a lot of leaks, especially in rainy seasons. The garden area has been pending for completion for 1 year. Maintenance charges are expensive. The greenery should be improved in our society.

Good things here
The neighbors are friendly and humble, creating a welcoming community. There are CCTV camera installed throughout the society and security guards are also very strict with the outsiders. Connectivity is great with a nearby railway station, and buses, autos, and cabs are easily available. Garbage collection is regular with proper segregation of wet and dry waste. Each resident has designated parking with rules followed. The construction quality is excellent, with no seepage or termite issues and good ventilation. The carpet area is spacious, and modern amenities like the gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool are well-maintained.
Things need improvement
The only minor issue is that the airport is far from the society, but since I don't fly frequently, it's not a big deal for me. Everything else is great here with no issues at all.

Connectivity-wise, within 2 km, there are bus stops, supermarkets, grocery stores, and schools. The road conditions are good, with functional street lights and ample parking space available. Maintenance includes regular cleaning and timely garbage collection. There is good water and power supply, and the lifts are well-functioning. Construction ensures no wall leakages and good ventilation in the rooms.
Things need improvement
There are waterlogging issues during the rainy season in their society, causing inconvenience and necessitating proper drainage management to mitigate the problem effectively.

Security measures are outstanding with CCTV cameras in every block. Within 3 km, residents access buses, cabs, malls, and hospitals. Dedicated staff ensures maintenance. Construction quality is high, and functional amenities include a play area, gym, swimming pool, and hall.
Things need improvement
Neighbours lack friendliness, impacting the community atmosphere negatively, highlighting the need for fostering a more welcoming and cooperative environment within the society.

The community celebrates diverse festivals like Ugadhi, Eid, Christmas, and Ganesh Chaturthi. Within 1 km, essential amenities such as Vijitha hospitals and grocery stores are accessible. Surroundings are hygienic, with regular maintenance including painting every 5 years. Manjeera water supply is reliable, and wall quality is good. Electricity has been consistent for the past 7 years. The society offers upscale amenities like table tennis, gym, swimming pool, and basketball court.

The society faces challenges with outdoor pollution, necessitating efforts to address environmental concerns and ensure a healthier living environment for residents.

Residents are friendly, celebrating festivals like Holi, Srima Navami, New Year, and Vinayaka Chavithi. Within 500 meters, daily necessities are easily accessible. Daily floor cleaning is conducted, and amenities include a swimming pool, gym, basketball court, and badminton court, all well-maintained.
Things need improvement
There is a need for a squash court in the society to provide residents with additional recreational opportunities and enhance the variety of amenities available.

The estate's little amount of open space might occasionally seem cramped. The condition is reasonable if the complex makes use of facilities and public transportation. The whole needs of the neighbourhood are met by shopping centres.

I seldom ever encounter problems in this guarded neighbourhood. One problem, though, is that the governing authorities may give the upkeep of the public space greater attention. The amenities offered offer fair value.
