I've been dealing in this society for 1 year. The society is good for HNI people. The business is good, rate have appreciated by 15-20% in last 6 months.
Things need improvement
Access to the society is a challenge. Visits only happens on weekends.

In some areas I have experienced seepage issues in this locality. These are noticed by the people during rainy season. so this should be renovated and fixed.
