It located in the heart of Banashankari, 5th stage, with easy access to Kanakapura Road, Mysore Road, R R Nagar and Padmanabha Nagar. Mobile connectivity is good here and road condition is also good and there is security guard here and safety is also good here. Safety is good here and there are street lights here, there is not much problem here and public transport is also very good here. There are shopping malls, shops, grocery stores, parks, gym and other facilities that make this place desirable to live. Security guards do their duties perfectly with the help of CCTV cameras.

Well, I loved this apartment because, it has a Gym area, a Swimming pool, A lawn, A kids play area, A walking path, And separate bins for garbage disposal. This is the good investment we have done.

Maintenance problem won't be there. WFH crowd will not face problem with mobile network but construction noise is still there since project is coming up in phases. Area is safe and secure with some water logging in monsoon season. Overall the project is perfect to stay with family.
