The society offers convenient access to public transportation and nearby amenities like shops, supermarkets, schools, and restaurants. Roads outside are well-maintained, and the society itself is consistently clean with proper hygiene standards and timely garbage collection. Parking is ample for all residents, and security measures are robust with CCTV, security guards, and maintained elevators. Additionally, various facilities and amenities like a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and play area for kids are available, fostering a friendly and cooperative community atmosphere among residents.
Things need improvement
The construction quality in the society is average, leading to occasional issues such as seepage, leakage, and plaster problems. Additionally, ventilation is subpar, which may impact residents' comfort and air quality.

The well-maintained parks, playgrounds, and friendly Resident Welfare Association (RWA) staff enhance the living experience. Adequate lighting and ventilation on each floor add to the comfort of tenants. Regular maintenance of the building ensures a clean and functional environment.

The connectivity remains a challenge as the society lacks easy access to public transport, making commuting an issue. The limited openness for teenagers due to past incidents may restrict social interactions for some residents. Additionally, the society is not suitable for those seeking a vibrant social life, as there are restrictions on partying and limited visitor parking available.

Good things here
There are good people to engage with, the parks are clean and enjoyable with children playing safely, and there is a notable absence of violence in the society. Moreover, selecting a flat on the top floors of the building offers breathtaking views from your balcony every day.
Things need improvement
The area surrounding the society is underdeveloped, and there is very poor network coverage.

Good things here
Good people to talk about everything and park are good and clean and kids are playing in the park and no violence in the society. What more? Umm the view from your balcony will breathtaking everyday if you select a flat from the top floors of the building.

Good things here
The positives include ample greenery, spacious apartments, wide roads, good security, a well-maintained swimming pool, and a responsive Resident Welfare Association (RWA). The cleaning of floors and maintenance of lifts are also satisfactory.
Things need improvement
While this gated community boasts impressive amenities and a focus on maintenance, some residents have voiced concerns about several issues. These include high maintenance charges, slow response times for maintenance requests, and the need for exterior tower upkeep. Connectivity to metro stations and nearby markets has also been a common concern among residents. Furthermore, there have been complaints regarding poor construction quality, frequent seepage problems, and subpar plster and fittings within the society. Dissatisfaction has also been expressed regarding the lack of club facilities, restrictions on tenant use of amenities like swimming pools, and unfavorable interactions with security personnel.

The connectivity of the society is very good, public transports like auto, buses, cabs are easily available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available just outside the society. The society is always maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbage collection is done on time. Water logging issues are not faced inside or outside the society. Drainage system is good in the society. Water supply issues are not faced, water quality is good. The constructuion quality is good in the society, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced now in the society. Other facilities and amenities like gym, park, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. Tennis court and walkway is available in the society. People staying in the society are friendly and cooperative in the society, cultural festivals and events are celebrated together. The society is one of the high class society and the maintainance by RWA is top notch I feel.

The swimmingpool is not functional now it is under construction, after that it will be available. Apart from that the society is absolutely perfect in all ways

There are some drawbacks such as high maintenance charges, slow maintenance response, and issues with the exterior maintenance of towers. The construction quality may not be the best with frequent seepage problems and poor plaster and fittings. The tenant mentioned the affordability of renting in the society, with various facilities included in the maintenance cost. On the downside, the gym equipment is lacking, and the swimming pool may not always be accessible. The security staff can be unwelcoming, and the Resident Welfare Association (RWA) imposes strict rules, making it difficult for tenants and visitors. There are concerns about high maintenance costs exceeding rent in some cases, and restrictions on certain amenities like the swimming pool for tenants.

There is a police station near the society location. Frequent patrols make it safe for the locals plus the society's personal security arrangement is also very safe.
