There is good access to the car, metro, train station, and taxis. Regular cleaning and waste collection provide excellent maintenance. There is enough light and ventilation in the well-built structure. Community life is enhanced by the availability of amenities such as a park, gym, swimming pool, garden, and clubs. It's a nice, friendly neighborhood.

While the housing society has excellent amenities, neighborhood friendliness, belonging, upkeep, and building quality, the lack of specialized security measures raises concerns for resident safety.

A former resident living in this society had a mixed experience. They appreciated the connectivity to NH-24 and the low density of towers in the area, which provided a sense of space and openness. The presence of a theme park and golf course in front of the society added to the attraction.
