Good things here
The well-maintained swimming pool and gym facilities available in the society. The ample parking space and good security measures also contribute to a safe and convenient living experience. However, the distant metro station can be inconvenient for daily commutes, and the ongoing road construction leading to dust accumulation inside the apartment is a major downside for me.
Things need improvement
The building structure quality is commendable, with no known seepage issues, and spacious common areas like the gym and swimming pool add to the appeal. The lush green society and multiple parks create a serene living environment, and the maintenance services are satisfactory. However, the lack of visitor parking and the distant metro station pose challenges for residents, making it less convenient for guests and daily travel. Additionally, the average road condition and limited availability of cabs and autos add to the commuting difficulties in the area.

Good things here
Good maintenance services and the variety of amenities available in the society. The spacious playground and well-maintained parks were great for relaxation, and the advanced gym facility was a definite plus for fitness enthusiasts like myself.

The ongoing construction of the nearby bridge has been a prolonged inconvenience, making commuting difficult and getting a cab a big challenge. The lack of visitor parking and the ongoing road construction causing dust inside the apartment are major concerns. Additionally, the distance to the metro station can be inconvenient for daily commuters.

It's also crucial to have well-maintained facilities with reasonable charges for a smooth living experience. I'm not fond of the nearby construction, which causes commute challenges, and the issues with cab availability are major dislikes for me.
