Things need improvement

Good things here
It's kind of a cosmopolitan society, there are people from different cultures and religions, there is much diversity and almost everyone one of them are very helpful and cooperative, we celebrate many festivals like christmas, holi , etc. Connectivity is good here too with sufficient parking spaces and autos and cabs easily accessible. Building is also nicely constructed with proper ventilation and lift facilities. There are no issues regarding water logging as road is properly maintained. There are no security issues too.
Things need improvement
I face problem regarding maintenance services here, yesterday also i have made a complaint but issue isn't resolved yet. Maintenance team seems to be kind of lazy. Sometimes, we face issues regarding seepage in the washrooms. There is no metro station available nearby.

Good things here
It's has been good to live in this society. Parking spaces are available here, and autos , cabs and rickshaws are also easily accessible. The building is well constructed with proper ventilation and no issues of cracks and electric supply. People here are very engaging, almost everyone participates in the society fests. The amenities here are very good, there are gyms , 2-3 swimming pools and public parks available which caters to our refreshing needs.
Things need improvement
The major issue i face is of the quality of water. Sometimes, very dirty water comes and it smells very bad. Also, there are seepage issues too. Metro station is almost 5 km away, but shared autos are easily accessible so it doesn't pose much issue. Apart from this, sometimes, maintenance people do not receive calls.

The buildings are sturdy, with plenty of ventilation and natural light, and free from seepage, leakage, or cracks. The amenities are impressive, featuring a garden, play area, swimming pool, gym, clubs, and a park. The neighborhood is peaceful and friendly, encouraging positive interactions among residents.
Things need improvement
There are no significant problems, but if I had to mention something, it would be that everything runs smoothly, which leaves little room for improvement suggestions.

Our society is well-connected with easy access to autos, cabs, and e-rickshaws, metro ,market area which makes commuting convenient. The surroundings are well-maintained with good roads and amenities nearby, making life easier. There's plenty of ventilation and sunlight, creating a beautiful atmosphere to live in. The people here are friendly and cooperative, contributing to a positive vibe.
Things need improvement
Overall, the society is good, but there are a few issues that need attention. The lift maintenance and cleanliness are inconsistent, which can be inconvenient. There are also problems with seepage and leakage that need prompt fixing to keep the living environment good. These issues take away from an otherwise satisfactory experience here.

Living here has been disappointing due to several issues. The roads are built just average, which affects convenience and accessibility. The society is very unclean and unhygienic, which is concerning for residents. Additionally, the construction quality is average, and there are numerous issues with leakage, seepage, and termite infestation. These factors significantly detract from the overall living experience.

Good things here
The garden, kids play area, swimming pool, fitness center, clubs, greenery and park are wonderful extras that make living here even better. The area is safe, pleasant, and quite lovely.
Things need improvement
They used materials of average quality, the construction quality is mediocre, which results in problems like seepage, leaks, and cracks. The substantial maintenance fees Rs. 3500 may appear exorbitant considering the services given. The fans in the elevator don't function, and the air conditioner in the common areas and clubs is broken. To utilize the amenities, tenants must pay an additional Rs. 600 per person�which doesn't treat tenants fairly.

However, the absence of a Resident Welfare Association (RWA) is a significant drawback. The builder's failure to provide promised facilities while charging high maintenance fees is very disappointing. There is a need for a strong, vibrant owner's association to represent the residents' interests and ensure better management and accountability.

The lift and garbage collection are missing. Issues are not solved on time. The building has seepage and cracks. The neighbours here not that friendly and interactive , mostly it depends on you how u live in there
