Good things here
I absolutely love the cleanliness and amenities provided within the society. The presence of a gym, clubhouse, swimming pool, and playing areas adds immense value to our living experience. Additionally, the easy availability of cabs, autos, hospitals, and markets within walking distance makes it extremely convenient.
Things need improvement
While the society boasts excellent construction quality and amenities, the lack of good metro connectivity is a drawback. The nearest metro station being 5-6 km away makes commuting a bit inconvenient for residents who rely on public transportation.

Good things here
All the festivals are being celebrated in the society, overall good socialism. Connectivity is good railway station is just 3 to 4 km away from the society, schools, hospitals are nearby the apartment. Good maintenance facilities and all the amenities are present in the society.allocated parking has been provided for resident.
Things need improvement
Overall the society is good and everything is just Smith in the society, but the roads outside the society is blocked all the time due to traffic.

Good things here
Gated society with good security measures. The society hss spacious layouts upto 2800 sq. ft. There are 22 towers in the society with over 50% open area. There are lush green parks and well maintained trees. Children have multiple options to spend their time like cricket ground, indoor TT tables. There are schools nearby, shopping malls are reachable by car or cab. The cav availability has improved in recent times. People here celebrate festivals with great enthusism. The prices in this project has risen significantly in last 2 years. I purchased a flat in late 2014 now getting 3X return
Things need improvement
Public transport could have been better. The nearby roads light is not there during nights. Power cut adds to the additional maintenance which is already on higher side.

The location of the society is a big plus point and the environment of the society is nice too.

The society should make an activity center for kids in society premises. Society should look into this matter.

roads are very good of the society. all the facilities like swimng pool,club house , gym,park all are there.

Society has as such no any problem but It is just the maintenance & the issue resolution process than can be improved.

Good things here
Cross ventilation is good. The balconies are spacious and the view is great. Large enough for enjoyting february weather with friends. It is located close to IT hubs and major landmarks in the city. The connecting road is wide and well maintained. The common areas are well maintained and upkeep is also good. The society has good security 24X7. The parking space is ample for residents and the visitors. The amenities are well maintained like gym and swimming pool. The clubhouse is good with entry to the residents only. The community center is used extensively by people during festivals and parties. The residents are also co-operating. There are many social media influncers living in the society, you can see them creating reels in the garden and gym
Things need improvement
The connectivity could have been better. Metro is somewhat far from here, almost 7 kms. Also the outside is maintaind in patches. Municipal corporation has shown efforts but lot is still needed. Airtel users might face network issues inside the apartment.

Good things here
It's a large society with high rise buildings and open area. There is also a temple and gurudwara inside the premises. The parks are well maintained and taken good care by the maintenance stadd. There is also cricket ground inside the society equiped with lights. It has big clubhouse, gym, swimming pool, kids zone, multiple parks. It is one of the finest place to stay in Noida. The connecting roads are also spacious and well maitained.
Things need improvement
Water sarcity is becoming routing issue in summers. Public transport has improved but cab availabilty is sometime a challenge. There is also limited shops . The swimming pool is not existent. There is also issues with lift time to time. Given the gigantic size of the township maintenance staff should be well manned.

Good things here
The open space is huge. There is a cricket ground inside the society. The maintenance is good. The basic requirements like water supply, well lit common areas, speedy lifts and power backup are available. The people are cooperative and friendly. The connectivity is also good with good connectivity with express way to reach Delhi or UP. The lush greenary is one of the thing I like the most. Staff is also good.
Things need improvement
The public transport is a challenge. Personal vehicle is sort of a must have thing. The swimming pool space is not maintained properly due to regular issue in water pump. The roads are repaired but rains make the maintenance poor. The maintenance charge is also on the higher side here.
