Everything seems to be perfectly aligned to ensure a comfortable and convenient lifestyle. The accessibility to public transportation options like autos, buses, rickshaws, and cabs right outside our gates, coupled with nearby market areas, schools, malls, and restaurants, makes daily errands and commuting hassle-free. The proximity to the metro station adds another layer of convenience for longer journeys. The well-maintained road quality, functional street lights, and allotted parking for all residents contribute to a smooth and safe living environment. The availability of functional CCTV cameras, properly maintained elevators, security guards, and a strong security system ensures that safety is a top priority in our community. Moreover, the emphasis on cleanliness, timely garbage collection, and the absence of water logging issues due to a good drainage system make living here comfortable and hygienic. The presence of facilities and amenities like a gym, swimming pool, park, clubhouse, and play area for kids further enhances our quality of life. It's heartwarming to see that the community spirit is alive and well, with residents coming together to celebrate cultural festivals and events.
Things need improvement
It's disheartening to hear about recurring seepage and leakage issues, especially during the rainy season. These issues can not only be inconvenient but also potentially damaging to the infrastructure and residents' properties. Additionally, poor construction quality and subpar plaster quality are concerning, as they can contribute to these problems and impact the overall durability and safety of the buildings.

The appealing architecture further enhances the overall ambiance of the society. Additionally, the amenities available, such as the AC-star hotel type lobbies, fully AC apartments, and the unique SKY Deck in every apartment, are commendable. The division of the society into two parts with separate sets of amenities ensures a doubled-up experience, including two swimming pools, two gyms, and other recreational facilities. The central club with a banquet hall, theater, SKY restaurant, and library adds to the societal charm, providing residents with a wide range of options for leisure and entertainment.
Things need improvement
The poor connectivity, including the absence of metro connectivity, limited public transport availability, and the distance from major work locations, can be seen as downsides of living in the DLF Sky Court society. High maintenance charges and seepage issues in some parts of the society are also areas of concern. Additionally, the society's location being far from essential landmarks like malls or commercial hubs may result in inconveniences for residents. However, despite these drawbacks, the presence of green areas, water bodies, and excellent construction quality make the DLF Sky Court society a desirable place to live for many.

The safety and security of residents are prioritized, evident through the presence of security guards, CCTV cameras, and safety features like fire extinguishers. I find the maintenance charges affordable, and utilities like water supply and electricity are reliable, without any major issues. The community is composed of educated and cooperative individuals, fostering a friendly atmosphere where festivals and events are celebrated together. It's worth mentioning that our society is pet-friendly, accommodating furry companions and adding to the sense of community and inclusivity.

Furthermore, the metro being very far from our society adds to the transportation challenges faced by residents.

At times, the pathway near the main gate of the society experiences heavy congestion, making it challenging for vehicles to navigate through, whether cars or cabs. Crossing this area can require considerable effort due to the crowded conditions. Regarding construction quality, the society's standards are average, occasionally resulting in problems such as seepage, leakage, and plaster issues. Unfortunately, amenities like a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and designated play areas for kids are not available within the society.

There was never any issue with seepage, and everything else was fine. There were no problems with water supply, and there was power backup in the society. The society was good, and there were no network issues either.
Things need improvement
When I used to live in this society, the connectivity was poor. It took a long time for cabs to arrive, and sometimes, the cab drivers would cancel the ride. When I lived there, there were no neighbors it was all empty.
