Good things here

Cabs and auto-rickshaws are available for booking all around the society, making it very convenient. The water facilities are very good, and there is power backup available. Garbage collection is efficient, and they will collect waste regularly in the society. Amenities like a clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and kids' play area are available and well-maintained within the society. The security of the society is very good, and the security personnel are very attentive and responsive. Hospitals are nearby, within 1-2 km from the society, making it very convenient.

Things need improvement

The construction quality is poor; there are leaks and seepages, which is very inconvenient. There are also cracks in the buildings, making it very inconvenient for the residents. Maintenance charges in the society are around 3500 rupees, which is expensive. Additionally, there is no swimming pool in the society.

Good things here

There is no power cut and electricity issue in the society. Water supply is 24 hours in the society. All the amenities are there in the society. There is no leakage and seepage issue in the society. Neighbors are friendly and decent.

There is big connectivity issue because it a remote area to get any public transport they need to go 3-4 km away from the society. The nearest railway station is is 4 km away away from the society.

Club house in the society is very joyable. Connectivity like cabs are average. Glocery shops are avilable with ina walkable distance

Maintaining of lift is very poor.If its gets repairs it wont resolve at a time.Construction quality is very poor. The build quality should be improve in the society.

Good things here

In this community, around 280 families reside. The maintenance is excellent due to the presence of a dedicated maintenance team. Residents can easily contact a plumber or an electrician within the community, eliminating the need to depend on external services. Additionally, there is an uninterrupted water supply and reliable power backups throughout the society. The amenities are also noteworthy, with a clubhouse, gym, supermarket, and well-maintained play areas for children. The residents of this society are known for their friendliness and cooperation with one another.

Things need improvement

The connectivity of the community is poor due to the absence of international schools, hospitals, or shopping malls nearby. Moreover, even cab bookings, such as Ola and Uber, occasionally face rejection due to the location's inconvenience. This is a new construction of around 5 years but there are some leakage problems because of poor construction.

Maintenance services operate 24/7, ensuring uninterrupted access to water and electricity. The construction quality is commendable, characterized by spacious windows that provide ample natural light. Furthermore, residents can enjoy facilities such as a gym, a children's playground, a clubhouse, and supermarkets nearby. Events and celebrations are also well-organized, with the committee extending invitations to all members and residents for each small festival.

There is no swimming pool available for residents here to participate in water activities.
