Good things here
I really appreciate the nice, friendly, and humble neighbours here, which makes living in this community enjoyable. The connectivity is excellent, with easy access to public transport options like buses, autos, and cabs. Having a school, hospital, and market nearby adds to the convenience. Each resident enjoys designated parking with well-followed rules, and the elevators are installed and maintained properly. Reliable electricity and water supply are also noteworthy, ensuring a comfortable living environment. The apartments have proper ventilation and a good carpet area, contributing to a pleasant living space. The availability and maintenance of amenities like the gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool further enhance our lifestyle.
Things need improvement
Unfortunately, garbage collection is not done properly, which can be inconvenient. There are also issues with leakage and seepage inside some apartments, which need to be addressed. Additionally, the swimming pool is rarely operational, which is disappointing. Overall, while these issues exist, the community offers many positive aspects for residents.

Good things here
I appreciate the friendly and humble neighbors in the community, as well as the convenient connectivity with easily available public transport. Having schools, hospitals, and markets nearby is also a great advantage. The elevators are well-maintained, and the proper ventilation and good carpet area in the apartments are definite pluses.
Things need improvement
Unfortunately, the parking situation for two-wheelers is chaotic and often crowded, which can be quite inconvenient. The frequent issue of muddy water, followed by plumber visits to fix it, is frustrating. Rain seepage problems have persisted for the 4-4. 5 years I've lived here, which is disappointing. The most disappointing aspect has been the non-operational swimming pool since I moved in, despite paying maintenance fees. It's been a constant source of frustration, especially as I look forward to using such amenities.

Good things here
Connectivity in the area is very convenient for residents looking to book accommodation. Water supply is very reliable, and there are good power backup facilities available. Garbage disposal systems are efficient; they manage wet and dry waste properly. Construction quality is very good; there are no issues with leaks or maintenance. It's a newly built society. Amenities like swimming pool, gym, table tennis, kids' play area, and indoor games are well-maintained and readily accessible. Maintenance charges are reasonable. Public transportation services like buses are available within a walking distance of about 200 meters. Hospitals are also nearby, within a 2-kilometer radius.
Things need improvement
The snow metrics of availability constraints are very inconvenient for the residents. The green areas should be improved; this society is very convenient.

Good things here
Transportation was convenient as the society was on the main road. Construction quality was great with newer buildings. Amenities like a gym, swimming pool, medical store, and grocery store were available. Maintenance was good, and elevators were functioning well. The people were friendly, and the neighbors were good. Overall, it was a well-maintained and comfortable place to live.
Things need improvement
There was a huge traffic issue outside the society, especially at the toll gate from 9 pm to 6 pm. Despite the good amenities, there was a need for more common garden areas and play areas. The constant traffic during peak hours could be bothersome. Additionally, the lack of spacious outdoor areas for children and relaxation was a drawback. More green spaces and recreational areas would have improved the living experience.

As a former resident, I can attest that the living experience here was exceptional. The gym, pool, and clubhouse facilities were all available and well-maintained. The community is pet-friendly, which was a big plus for me. Connectivity was top-notch, making commuting a breeze, and the roads were perfectly built. Cleanliness was consistently maintained, adding to the overall pleasant atmosphere.
Things need improvement
The maintenance team's responsiveness was disappointing during my time there. Often, essential services like the electrician's assistance were delayed, causing inconvenience. This lack of promptness in addressing maintenance issues impacted the overall satisfaction with living in the community.

Good things here
The neighbors are good, they talk nicely and are helpful. Cleaning is done on time, and security is active all the time. There is no problem with parking, and there are no issues with pets. The lifts are working well, and people do not face any problems. There are malls and clinics nearby.
Things need improvement
People in the society do not face any problems, and all the amenities and facilities are working well. It is very convenient for people to live in the society because everything is available nearby.

Good things here
Living here is very convenient with autos, cabs, metro, and a railway station close by. Maintenance is excellent with clean lifts, regular cleaning, garbage collection, and water tank cleaning. The neighbours are friendly and celebrate festivals together.
Things need improvement
There are some leakage issues in the society . There are all the amenities available in the society like swimming pool, spa , park and gym but i don't use them.

The construction quality in the society is lacking, evidenced by issues such as seepage in the kitchen and bathroom, as well as roof leaks. Additionally, the railway station is situated quite far from the society, approximately 5-6 kilometers away, which can be inconvenient for residents who rely on public transportation.
