Good things here
The connectivity of the society is excellent, with public transports like auto-rickshaws and cabs easily available within walking distance outside the society. Nearby, there are local shops, supermarkets, grocery stores, schools, and restaurants, making essentials conveniently accessible. Water logging issues are not faced inside or outside the society. Electricity is consistently available, and the residents are friendly and cooperative. Pet-related issues are not a concern in this society. The lifts are available and maintained properly. Additionally, CCTV is installed, and the security system is top-notch, with security guards on duty.
Things need improvement
I've noticed that the housekeeping services in our society have been lacking lately, with tasks often left incomplete and cleanliness standards not being met satisfactorily. It's frustrating having to constantly remind them to maintain the standards we expect. Along with this, we're facing a water crisis, which is causing significant challenges for us as residents. Moreover, the lifts have been experiencing frequent malfunctions due to a lack of maintenance, which is concerning for our safety and reliability. Overall, the upkeep of our society leaves much to be desired, highlighting the urgent need for improvement in our maintenance practices.

It boasts amenities like a club house, garden, gym, and ample parking facilities. Police stations and hospitals are within a 1. 5 km radius, ensuring quick access to essential services. The society maintains tight security measures and is known for its helpful residents, creating a safe environment for visitors. All modern amenities are available and well-maintained, enhancing the overall quality of life for residents.
Things need improvement
The society's gym facilities should be upgraded to offer more advanced equipment and amenities. The swimming pools need regular cleaning, ideally every four days, to maintain cleanliness and hygiene. There is significant dust outside the society due to ongoing metro construction work on the nearby highway, contributing to environmental concerns. Traffic congestion on the highway, caused by signals and ongoing metro construction, adds to the challenges faced by residents. Additionally, stray dogs roaming freely within the premises pose a nuisance, especially when they bark at visitors.

The society had excellent connectivity, making everything easily accessible. Public transport options like buses, autos, and taxis were available for daily commuters. Nearby, there were grocery stores, markets, schools, and medical shops. The maintenance of the society was well-kept, with no issues of seepage or sealing. Amenities like gym, swimming pools, and clubhouse were available in the society and well-maintained. Both CCTV cameras and elevators were functioning properly. The residents were cooperative and helpful. There were no issues with water supply and electricity, and garbage disposal was also well-maintained.
Things need improvement
There was no need for any improvement; everything is good and well-maintained. People are also cooperative. Amenities like gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse are maintained properly.

Good things here
This society is kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. CCTV cameras are installed and it works all over the society. Lifts work properly and timely maintenance is done. The construction quality of the buildings is good, seepage and leakage issues are not seen in the apartments. There is a small park in the society for the kids to play. The neighbours are friendly and cooperative, festivals are celebrated in the society together.
Things need improvement
There are no nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, malls are not available around the society. public transports like auto, buses, rikshaws, cabs are not available outside the society, the connectivity is a major issue around the society. amenities like gym, swimming pool, club house, play area for kids are not available in the society.

The connectivity of the society is good. Maintenance is done on time, including the cleaning of the society and lift maintenance. All amenities are available in the society, such as a gym, swimming pool, and park. Neighbors are friendly, making it a pleasant place to live.
Things need improvement
I've faced issues like seepage and leakage in the flats, which need to be taken care of by the society management. Other than that, everything in the society is very good. There are no other dislikes. The connectivity is excellent, maintenance is done on time, all amenities are available, and the neighbors are friendly.

One Hiranandani Park is famous for builders and I have high hopes of this project that has been fulfilled. Super prime location in Thane and excellent security features with CCTV around, security arrangements, fire extinguisher and all. Construction quality, design, open space, everything is very impressive. I'm amazed. The air conditioning bedroom is there and the living room is provided with excellent interior quality. Some construction noise is there so, if you work from the house, it might disturb you a little. Overall, the cellular network is good. The facilities are very good with a Swimming pool, Squash Court, Spa, Kid's Play Area, Amphitheatre, Urban River landscape features, and Restaurants and what not.

One Hiranandani Park is a terrific private venture that offers a lavish experience of living in the lovely environmental factors. It genuinely offers an excellent blend of natural and a very metropolitan way of life. So many green plants and open spaces to walk. They give us amazing facilities with swimming pools and a gym for the main fitness and then relaxation. The environment is well managed to walk in and everything is close to shopping centres to schools and markets along with hospitals and supermarkets. The builder has provided quality construction and convenience. Security in the complex is a good service and maintenance responds quickly.

Surprised by the opportunity to buy a house in the central location of Thane in my budget. I can travel anywhere without hassle. It is a good society for the family as well as students they have good power supply and water supply and the maintenance office is always available to help you if anything happens with you security is also available 9/7 for you so I think these are the main things which everyone looks before buying or we can taking the flat on rent. The area is safe to explore with the wide road but sometimes there is a waterlogging issue.

One Hiranandani Park is a project that connected me from the first day. The location is impressive. Beautiful streets, safe environment, beautiful. The maintenance of impressive construction communities and builders is very high quality. Sometimes construction work noise but not too annoying. Get a good cellular signal until now. The area has the best schools and supermarkets to the hospital and restaurant. Waterlogging sometimes occurs so, maintenance needs to be repaired. Sometimes noise is in the morning when I work from home but the connectivity of the cellular tower is great. Excellent facilities with attractive project design and superior quality, air conditioning living room, and bedrooms, fire extinguisher, CCTV and 24-7 security, power reserves, and many more!
