Moreover, the metro station is a mere 5-minute walk away, offering swift access to wider transportation networks. The construction quality of the buildings is commendable, free from any issues of seepage or termite infestation. Adequate ventilation, along with quality plaster and fittings, ensures a comfortable living environment. Each resident enjoys designated parking spaces, adhering to strict regulations for orderly parking arrangements. Garbage collection is regular, with the segregation of wet and dry waste contributing to cleanliness. Residents benefit from uninterrupted 24/7 electricity and water supply, ensuring a hassle-free lifestyle. Furthermore, the society offers modern amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse, all well maintained for residents' enjoyment. The friendly and considerate neighbours foster a strong sense of community, while the presence of CCTV cameras and 24/7 security guards provides added peace of mind. Currently, I'm hard-pressed to find any significant drawbacks within the society. It seems that everything is running smoothly, with no notable issues to report. Overall, the living experience here appears to be quite satisfactory, and I don't have any specific grievances to mention at the moment.

The build quality of the apartment was excellent, with no issues of leakage or seepage in the society. The rooms were spacious and well-designed, contributing to a comfortable living environment. Transportation was easily accessible nearby, adding to the convenience for residents. Continuous water supply and single supply were available 24/7, ensuring residents' basic needs were met. Guards were stationed at each entrance, providing security, and the lift was well-maintained by a dedicated team with timely servicing. Cleanliness was ensured with housekeeping staff responsible for daily cleaning and garbage collection. CCTV cameras were installed in all areas, and street lights illuminated the area at night, enhancing safety. Pets were allowed in the society with proper rules and regulations in place for their management. Overall, the society was suitable for both families and bachelors, providing a comfortable and convenient living experience for�all�residents.
Things need improvement
One major drawback of this society is the lack of modern amenities. Only parking and lifts have been provided, with no additional facilities. Parking spaces are not allocated to each flat, and instead, an open parking system is in place, leading to a first come, first serve�situation.

While most aspects of the society are commendable, the amenities leave something to be desired. The gym equipment is outdated and limited, the swimming pool is small and often overcrowded, and the park lacks proper landscaping and play areas for children. These shortcomings in recreational facilities slightly diminish the overall living experience.

Good things here
While our society boasts excellent connectivity and security measures, such as readily available public transportation and CCTV cameras, it unfortunately falls short in some crucial areas. We lack essential amenities like a gym, park, swimming pool, clubhouse, and a designated play area for children. Moreover, our construction quality leaves much to be desired, with deteriorating walls and frequent plaster damage. Seepage and leakage issues are common, causing further inconvenience. Parking shortages often lead to chaotic situations, adding to residents' frustrations.
Things need improvement
There seems to be a lack of community spirit, with residents being unfriendly, and limited observance of festivals within the society.

Good things here
The connectivity of the society was excellent, with autos and cabs readily available and a metro station nearby. All essential amenities were conveniently close to the society. Since the society was newly built when I lived there, the maintenance and build quality were commendable. I didn't face any issues with seepage or termites in my apartment. Additionally, the neighbors were nice, even though I didn't interact much with anyone; they were all good.
Things need improvement
It has been a long time since I left the society, so I don't really remember if there was a gym or not. There was a swimming pool, I think, but I never used it. Besides that, everything was great there.

Good things here
The connectivity of the society is very good, public transports like auto, cabs are easily available outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, restaurants are available outside the society. Metro and airport is nearby. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Drinking water is available 24*7 in the society. Water supply is very good. No such major electricity issues is faced. Power backup is available in the society. Garbage collection is done on time everyday. Two lifts are available, one normal life and another one is emergengy lift. The constructuion quality is good, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. Security system is good, CCTV is available. Security guards are available. Security apps are available. Lounge area is available. Maintainance cost is low. People are friendly and cooperative, cultural events and festivals are celebrated together in the society. Pet friendly society. Parking is available. Stray dog issues are not faced inside the society.
Things need improvement
Balcony is not available. Other facilities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, parks, play area for kids are not available in the society. Visitor's parking is not available in the society.

The lifts in the society were well-maintained, and there was one security guard on duty. Cleanliness and hygiene were maintained, with a continuous water supply. The residents were cooperative, and there were no issues with leakage or seepage related to construction. Autos were available near the society for transportation.
Things need improvement
Public transportation buses were not available near the society, and significant traffic issues were observed. The roads outside the society were poorly maintained. Additionally, there were no modern amenities available in the society, and CCTV cameras were not installed.

Public transport was easily accessible, with autos and buses readily available. The market was nearby. I didn't have any issues with leakage or seepage in my flat, and there was a continuous water supply. The lifts were well-maintained, and cleanliness was also well-maintained.
Things need improvement
There were cracks in the flats and even in the building exterior. There were no modern amenities available. Parking was insufficient, and the builder did not properly deliver all the promised facilities. The residents of the society were not very cooperative or friendly.

It is a good residential neighborhood. There is no gym or play area, however there is a wonderful garden on the terrace where one can go for a walk. The neighbourhood is fantastic; it's only a 5-minute walk from the metro station and is a vibrant spot with a variety of businesses and cafés below. The flats have a beautiful view and are very well maintained.

Good Location, spacious flats, newly built, 24*7 security, water, parking facility, well-built flats, lifts and good maintenance, and a jogging area are all available. However, there are fewer 2BHKs available, there is no swimming pool or gym, and the maintenance fee is excessive.
