Good things here
We have walking space surrounding lots of greenery. I used to walk in the morning; it's very peaceful. Location-wise, there's a 1 km international school, metro station, bus stop, shopping mall, hospitals, and good road conditions. Street lights are present, ample parking space is available, and amenities like basketball court, badminton court, gym, swimming pool, club house, children's play area, walking track, and community hall are there. Maintenance is proper; they clean daily and collect garbage timely. The lift is functioning. Construction-wise, some apartments faced seepage issues on bathroom tiles, but now the problem is resolved. Surrounding people are friendly, interact well, and we celebrate a lot of festivals together.
Things need improvement
There are traffic issues on the main road near our society, causing occasional congestion during peak hours and affecting accessibility for residents and commuters alike.

The society featured well-maintained landscaping and greenery, along with a variety of amenities like a clubhouse, gym, pool, and game room. The sense of community living was also a positive aspect, with friendly and helpful staff available to assist residents.
Things need improvement
There were some drawbacks to consider. Maintenance issues were a concern, as some areas were not kept clean and repairs were slow to be addressed. Noise pollution from nearby roads and ongoing construction proved to be a disturbance, and the high maintenance charges were a point of contention among residents. Additionally, the lack of certain facilities, inadequate security measures, and traffic congestion were areas that needed improvement

Despite these negatives, the society offers several positive aspects including well-maintained club facilities, a spacious playground, advanced gym equipment, a well-kept swimming pool, and multiple parks, providing residents with a comfortable and active lifestyle.

A pleasant atmosphere with clean surroundings and multiple parks, creating an ideal environment for families and children to enjoy. The proximity to shopping malls and availability of public transport options such as Uber, Ola, and metro connectivity add to the convenience of daily travel.

The frequent traffic jams resulting from high traffic volume, particularly during rush hours, can be a significant drawback. Well maintained society in the heard of Hyderabad, very close to Hitech City and Financial District.
Things need improvement
The society management is relatively new and some of the blocks are still under builder, so there are some teething issues.

Good things here
I am a former resident and I used to stay there. The connectivity was good with autos, cabs, the metro, the railway station, and the airport nearby. There was also a hospital close by. Maintenance was decent. The neighbourhood was friendly, and the people were nice. The security was good with CCTV, and there was enough parking space for residents and guests. The lift worked, cleaning was done regularly, and garbage collection was prompt. The construction was fine with no seepage, leakage, or cracks, and the ventilation was good.
Things need improvement
When I used to stay there. The building had issues with cockroaches, which was very annoying. There was no swimming pool or supermarket during my stay.

Good things here
The locality is situated in a vibrant and convenient location with Forum mall within 1 KM from the apartment. The neighborhood is surrounded by parks and green spaces with high availability of almost every day to day requirements like groceries, salon, gym, etc. within the apartment.
Things need improvement
There are hardly anything to dislike about the apartment. The society is very friendly and hosts multiple events at every occasion celebrating diversity and taking part in every festivities. There is nothing to dislike about this apartment.
