Good things here
The project benefits from convenient public transport and well-maintained roads nearby, which is great for getting around easily. I appreciate the spacious playground and multiple parks, perfect for outdoor activities. The well-kept gym and clubhouse contribute to a healthy lifestyle, which is fantastic. As for construction quality, the sturdy walls and good-quality plaster are notable. However, occasional water and light issues, along with noise from nearby vehicles and traffic jams, are drawbacks to consider.
Things need improvement
It's disappointing that the swimming pool is frequently closed due to insufficient society funds, and some gym equipment isn't even functional. Plus, it's frustrating that the ACs in common areas aren't switched on during hot weather, leaving residents uncomfortable. The low air quality pollution outside also puts a damper on the view. And let's not forget about the lack of certain amenities like a well-equipped club and a larger playground space. Noise pollution can also be a real headache. Overall, the social life here seems lacking, with little community engagement and positive interactions among residents, which can leave you feeling pretty isolated.

The breathtaking sea view from the property adds a touch of luxury and tranquility, especially with the limited number of flats. The top-notch amenities provided in the project were a major selling point for me and definitely influenced my decision to purchase here.
Things need improvement
Living near a hospital means dealing with more traffic and noise from patients, which can be a bit of a nuisance. Plus, not having a swimming pool and dealing with parking issues can be inconvenient for residents. And let's not forget about those higher maintenance charges�they might give some people pause, especially because of the location. But hey, despite these downsides, the society still has some great features and benefits that make it a pretty attractive choice for both buyers and renters.

The luxurious sea view and serene atmosphere, thanks to the fewer flats, make this place truly special. The well-built society amenities were a big factor in my decision to buy here. Plus, the connectivity to public transport, parks, and well-maintained roads just adds to the overall appeal.

It's a bummer that the society is dealing with issues like a closed swimming pool, non-functional gym equipment, and ACs that aren't turned on when it's hot. Plus, dealing with occasional problems with water and electricity, noise from vehicles, and those annoying traffic jams can really put a damper on things. But hey, on the bright side, the society is still well-managed, clean, and has good security measures in place.

It's disappointing to see the lack of society funds resulting in the closure of the swimming pool and non-functional gym machines. Moreover, not having the common areas' ACs turned on even during hot weather can be uncomfortable for both residents and visitors.

I had booked a flat here and I must say I am totally disappointed with the project. The construction quality of the this project is very poor. The materials used are not satisfactory. The sales team misguided us and the project is very expensive. The location might be good but a lot of traffic jams occurs during peak hours. Again, roads are not maintained properly. I would suggest everyone check other projects in this area.

The facilities that have attracted me are a grand clubhouse with multisport facilities, designer VRV air conditioning and 3 sides open spacious functional apartments. The residential project offers will plan floor plan and the location is also unique. This site is currently emerging and has ample growth potential.

Far from noise and pollution, you will find this project is very good. Social convenience is also in the project itself. You will enjoy staying away from the crowd of cities on this project. Security is top class with CCTV supervision and 24-7 services. You can also get a quick response for maintenance and all requests. There are cafes, schools if you have children and even Wi-Fi is available. Everything you want is on the project. The quality of construction is also good with a peaceful area. My family would love to live in here and looking forward to move in soon.

It was the best decision for my family. I have children and they will enjoy all the facilities such as the Indoor Games, Kids Pool, Landscaped Garden, Library, and more. There is 24-7 security with CCTV. The overall area is safe until now. The interior is beautiful and everything is so detailed- the entrance has an Elegant lobby flooring (Ground Floor) and cladding in granite/marble, Lobby flooring (Upper Floor) in vitrified tiles and lift cladding in marble/granite, All lobby walls with texture paint and Service staircase and service lobby in Kota stone with OBD on walls and ceilings. Everything is so perfect, I would love living here.
