While parking may not be allotted, the good road quality generally makes finding parking spaces nearby manageable. Timely painting maintenance reflects a commitment to upkeep and enhances the overall appearance of our surroundings. The reliable water and electricity supply contribute to a comfortable and uninterrupted daily life, and the exceptional standards of maintenance ensure that our community remains well-kept and orderly. The properly functioning elevators, coupled with the absence of seepage and leakage issues, affirm the high construction quality of our buildings, instilling confidence in the safety and durability of our homes. Proper ventilation and ample sunlight create a pleasant and healthy living environment, enhancing our overall well-being. The presence of modern amenities within our community offers various opportunities for leisure and recreation, adding value to our lifestyle. The continuous operation of CCTV cameras adds an extra layer of security, offering residents peace of mind. Additionally, the friendly atmosphere among neighbors fosters a strong sense of community and belonging.

I don't think I need any improvements as everything is great.

The maintenance of the property was top-notch, ensuring everything ran smoothly and was well-kept. The cleanliness standards were maintained, creating a pleasant and hygienic atmosphere. The guards provided excellent security, which added to the safety and peace of mind of residents. Having a swimming pool as an amenity was a bonus, offering opportunities for recreation and relaxation. Overall, despite any minor shortcomings, the society was a fantastic place to live, with its positive aspects outweighing any negatives.

Residents found it inconvenient due to the lack of nearby markets, making it challenging to access essential goods and services easily. Inactive public transportation options also limited mobility and accessibility to other areas. Despite some positives, the locality was still developing, resulting in a shortage of basic amenities that could improve residents' quality of life. The absence of these amenities due to the area's developmental stage might detract from the overall comfort and convenience of living in the society.

The connectivity in the society is excellent, with public transport easily available. It's incredibly convenient having a school and a supermarket right inside the society. Each resident has designated parking, which adds to the ease of living here. The regular garbage collection with proper wet and dry segregation keeps the place clean. Elevators are installed and well-maintained. The construction quality is top-notch with proper ventilation in every apartment. The amenities, including the gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool, are well-maintained and add to the overall comfort. The neighbors are very friendly, and we've been staying here for a long time and never had any issue with each other.
Things need improvement
Honestly, everything in the society is just perfect, from amenities to construction quality. The only minor issue is that the security is a bit too tight, sometimes even questioning the owners, which can be a discomforting. Other than that, everything is great.

The connectivity of the apartment is excellent, with the local railway station, bus stand, and auto stand within walking distance from the society. The build quality is great, with no issues of leakage or seepage in the apartments. There is 24/7 water and electricity supply in the society, and allocated parking is available for both owners and visitors. The society has high security, with all areas covered by CCTV cameras. Additionally, all festivals are celebrated in the society, creating a vibrant community atmosphere.
Things need improvement
There might be a need for improvement in the number of coordinators available to help residents with services like plumbing and electrical work, especially considering the residential ratio in the apartments. This is something that could be addressed and improved upon by the managing committee.

Good things here
Living in the society had its positives as The construction quality of the building was good, and it was located in a convenient area with good connectivity options with good roads, ola, uber not cancelling rides, nearby airport and railway station. There were all the amenities like Garden, Children's play area, Swimming, Gym, Clubs house, Park.
Things need improvement
One major issue we faced was water leakage from the top floor through the area where we kept our washing machine. The tenants below us constantly blamed us, but it wasn�t our fault. We complained multiple times, but the maintenance team did not care. This lack of response from maintenance, committee and the management was the main reason we decided to leave the society. Apart from that the neighbourhood was also not that good at all.

There are no issues with leakage or seepage in the flats, and there is an ample water supply. All modern amenities are available and well-maintained. The lifts are regularly serviced, and there is abundant greenery in the society. Security is efficient, and there is good connectivity with autos and other local transportation readily available. Maintenance charges are justified, and the staff is efficient.
Things need improvement
Frequent U-turns on the roads outside the society often cause problems when entering or leaving the area. Additionally, occasional ongoing construction work on these roads can further exacerbate commuting issues. Moreover, the quality of tiles near the bathrooms and basin areas in the flats is not up to the mark.

Connectivity in our area is excellent, making it easy to travel with accessible public transportation options. Maintenance is good, and cleanliness is maintained regularly. The issue resolution process is satisfactory. The flats are well-constructed, with no problems like seepage or cracks. Amenities such as the swimming pool, clubhouse, and gym meet expectations. Additionally, the residents of our society are friendly and pleasant to interact with.
Things need improvement
The major problem we face is with stray dogs entering the society, with some being quite bothersome as they come in regularly. Additionally, there are issues with the lifts; they often malfunction and this happens quite frequently, causing inconvenience to residents.
