Good things here

The roads near the society were well-maintained, making travel smooth and comfortable. Public transport was easily accessible nearby, which was convenient for commuting. There were no issues of leakage or seepage in the flats, ensuring a dry and comfortable living environment. The society had a playground, making it ideal for children to play and enjoy outdoor activities. Pets were allowed, adding to the flexibility for residents who have pets. Water was available 24*7, ensuring consistent access to water supply. Bachelors were allowed to reside in the society, accommodating different living arrangements. Ventilation in the flats was good, allowing sufficient sunlight and fresh air inside. There were no issues of power cuts, providing reliable electricity. Lastly, there was enough parking space for residents, ensuring convenience for parking vehicles.

Things need improvement

The residents were not cooperative, and there were issues with their behavior. The common areas of the society were not well-maintained, lacking proper cleanliness. The society did not have amenities like a gym, swimming pool, or clubhouse, which affected recreational options for residents. The power backup only covered common areas, not individual flats, which could be inconvenient during power outages. Additionally, there was insufficient parking space for visitors, causing inconvenience for guests.

Good things here

I'm glad to report that we don't have to worry about a water crisis within our community, which is definitely a relief. Additionally, we're fortunate to have ample parking facilities, which alleviate concerns about vehicle storage and congestion. It's one less thing to stress about when coming and going from our homes. Moreover, the security measures in place are robust, providing all of us with peace of mind and a strong sense of safety. Knowing that our community is well-protected allows us to focus on other aspects of our lives without feeling anxious about our security.

Things need improvement

The aging plumbing infrastructure in our old society has indeed led to recurring seepage issues, which require regular maintenance and repairs to ensure a dry and comfortable living environment. It's definitely a challenge we have to deal with, but the proactive approach to maintenance helps mitigate the impact on our daily lives. Although we don't have amenities like a swimming pool or gym area, the community compensates with its excellent connectivity. While there are areas for improvement, such as addressing the seepage issues and potentially exploring options for additional amenities, I still find our community to be a comfortable and convenient place to live.

Good things here

Quality of the construction is really good and there were no issue regarding anything pillars were strong and steady. High security system as all the areas were under cctv survilance and gaurds were there on each entrance. Garbage collection was done time to time. People over there were really friendly and coperative.

Metro is underconstruction in that area and even railway station is far away from the society only the bus services was available near by the society. There was zero amenities available in the society except lifts. Some of the units only had allocated parking in the society that was the issue there.

The roads outside the society are in dire condition, often riddled with potholes, leading to heavy traffic congestion. During the rainy season, waterlogging further exacerbates the situation, making navigation extremely challenging. Despite annual construction efforts, the roads quickly deteriorate due to poor-quality materials, resulting in ongoing issues. Moreover, the lack of amenities within the society, such as parks, gardens, swimming pools, or clubhouses, adds to the overall dissatisfaction.

There are no seepage issues and maintenance services are adequate. Schools, hospitals, public transport, and markets are nearby. There are no problems with water supply, power cuts, or cleaning.

Outside the society, there is often a traffic issue due to broken roads, and there are limited amenities with only two blocks, A block and B block. Parking space is sufficient but could�be�larger.

Connectivity of the apartment is great like railway station is at walkable distance from the society even though auto,cabs are easily available. All the modern amenities are there in the society and well maintained. All the cultural events are celebrated in the society overall good socialism in the society. Build quality is great no construction defect like seeepage issues in the apartments. Allocated parking for owners and visitors in the society.

Good things here

Society has very good connectivity like There is beutiful places to hang out just near by the society like pawai lake and hiranandani garden. Transportation is also top notch like metro and railway station is withing the range of 1 to 2 km. Quality of the construction is good as this was new construction at that time. HIgh security system in the society. There is multi level parking in th eosicety for owners. cleaniness is great in the society.

The major drawback of this society is there are zero amenities in the society,there is only small open space to play. There was no balcony ares in the units of the apartment.

Auto rickshaws, metro, and other transportation options were readily available near the society, making connectivity very convenient. The society maintained cleanliness well, and water supply was available 24/7. There was also a dedicated play area for children, and the residents were known for their friendly demeanor.

During peak hours, traffic congestion was noticeable, and the building's two lifts resulted in long waiting times, especially for residents on the top floors. However, those on the lower floors, like us, faced fewer challenges. Additionally, the society had restrictions against allowing bachelors, and there were no modern amenities available.
