Good things here
In my experience, the maintenance of the society has been commendable. Everything, from garbage collection to lift maintenance, has been consistently well-handled. I've also appreciated having access to all amenities, such as the gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse, all of which have been kept in excellent condition. Moreover, I've found the residents of the society to be friendly and considerate, which has contributed to a positive living environment. Additionally, the construction quality has been consistently good, with no major issues to report. Overall, I've been satisfied with my experience living in the society.
Things need improvement
In my experience, the overall quality of the society was quite good. However, my main concern was the lack of easily accessible public transport in the vicinity. It was inconvenient to have to travel a considerable distance to access public transportation. Other than this issue, everything else within and around the society was satisfactory.

Good things here
I'm thrilled with how easy it is to get around with auto-rickshaws and cabs always available when I need them. The roads are in great shape, and having designated parking spots makes life even more convenient. It's nice to see the community well taken care of with timely painting maintenance, keeping everything looking sharp. Plus, the water and electricity supply are reliable, which makes daily life smooth sailing. The maintenance standards here are exceptional, from the elevators to the buildings themselves, which gives me peace of mind about safety and durability. Natural light and ventilation make for a comfortable living space, and having modern amenities available adds to the enjoyment of living here. The CCTV cameras also provide an extra layer of security, which is reassuring. And the friendly atmosphere among neighbors makes it feel like a real community. Overall, living here is a delight.

Good things here
I used to live there 3 years back and had no issues at all. Everything was great. The connectivity was good as Ola, Uber, and auto rickshaws used to come on time. The maintenance was excellent with no problems, and the construction was solid without any issues. The neighborhood was friendly, and everyone was nice. There were no problems with CCTV, security, parking, guest parking, or stray dogs. The amenities were mostly good. There was a swimming pool, garden, children's play area, gym, and clubhouse.
Things need improvement
The only minor issue was that the swimming pool was a bit dirty at times. It was cleaned on alternate days, so sometimes it wasn�t as clean as it could be. Other than that, everything else was perfect. The amenities were there, but the pool cleanliness could have been better.

However, renters face restrictions as they are not allowed to use the society's amenities like the gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse. Additionally, renters do not have access to parking facilities, which can be inconvenient for those with vehicles. These limitations may impact the convenience and satisfaction of renters living in the community.

Good things here
The connectivity of the society is excellent, with all public transport options available nearby. The maintenance of the society is pretty good; everything is well-maintained with on-time cleaning and lift maintenance. There are no issues of seepage or leakage in the flats. Additionally, the neighbors are very polite and helpful, making it a pleasant place to live.
Things need improvement
In my opinion, the society should have amenities like a gym, swimming pool, and park. It's a bit disappointing that these facilities are lacking, and this is an area that definitely needs improvement.

Good things here
The flats and buildings are incredibly spacious, which is a big plus for the society. All amenities are well-managed and present within the society. Security and construction standards are top-notch, and the neighbors are very friendly.
Things need improvement
Since the highway is very close to the society, we face significant connectivity issues, making it difficult to find local transport nearby. Additionally, accessing the market from the society is also challenging.

Good things here
The connectivity of the society is very convinient, public transports like auto, bus, cabs are easily available outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available just outside the society. The society is in a very prime location. The society is always maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbage collection is done on time. Pest control is done on time. CCTV cameras are installed. Lifts are available and it functional properly. People staying in the society are very decent and educated people stays in the society. Amenities like gym, swimmingpool, park, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. All are well maintained. During rainy season, Water logging issues are not faced in the society, the society has got good drainage system. Seepage and leakage issues are not faced as such in the society.
Things need improvement
I don't find there is any issue in the society. There is no need of any improvement in the society. everything is good and well to do. I have no complaints about this society that needs to be resolved.

Good things here
I travel by personal vehicle and there are easily accessible bus stops nearby. There are two local railway stations close to me: Ram Mandir and Goregaon East Station. Online grocery shops like Blinkit and Zepto are available. Our society is very hygienic, with garbage collection done daily and all members required to segregate wet and dry waste. We have trash box with two sections for this purpose in the house. My house receives ample sunlight. There is an additional staircase for emergency or fire exits. Maintenance issues are resolved promptly. Amenities such as a gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool are available and cleaned daily. Fire drills are also conducted in our society. People are Pet friendly, Educated and festivals are celebrated today.
Things need improvement
My society is located right on the highway, so we often encounter traffic issues. It can be particularly challenging during events at the NESCO exhibition ground, as there is no signal on the highway. This makes it difficult for us to navigate when we need to access the NESCO ground during such events, causing us inconvenience. There are no grocery shops nearby in the locality.

Good things here
There are good hospitals and chemist near by the society and everything is available online on door step in the society which is very much comfortable as a senior citizen. Quality od the construction is good as such there are no issues regarding leakage and seepage in the society. All the modern amenities are available in the society like swimming pool,club house,gym,kids play area etc and eveything is highly maintained and well eqquiped. High security has been provided each person is being verified on the entrance which ensure the safety of senior citizen and kids in the society.
Things need improvement
Power back up facilities are available for common areas only so during power cuts it is very inconvenientfor the residents. There is no special yoga room for senior citizen in the society.

Connectivity is good like auto cabs are available easily and even though railway station is near by society .resident has allocated parking .surrounding is neat ,clean and maintainance is good.
Things need improvement
Swimmig pool is not provided,there is no allocated parking for visitors,power back up is also not provided.
