Good things here
Having easy access to public transportation and nearby amenities like markets, schools, and malls makes my daily routine smooth and convenient. The availability of 24/7 water supply and electricity ensures that my basic needs are always met, and the amenities within the society, such as the gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and play area, add to the overall quality of life. I'm grateful for the excellent maintenance standards in our society, which ensure that hygiene is maintained and any issues are promptly addressed. The good road quality outside the society is an added bonus, making transportation even more convenient. Having allotted parking space and visitor parking makes it easy for me and my guests to park without hassle. The reliable lifts, CCTV surveillance, and security guards provide me with peace of mind knowing that safety and security are prioritized. But what truly makes living here special is the sense of community among my neighbors. It's heartwarming to celebrate events and festivals together.
Things need improvement
Living in a flat without a balcony can sometimes feel restrictive, especially when it comes to enjoying some fresh air or having a small outdoor space. Additionally, dealing with seepage and leakage issues in an old society can be quite frustrating, as these problems tend to recur and require ongoing maintenance. Pet-related issues can also pose challenges, especially if rules regarding pet ownership and behavior are not enforced consistently.

Good things here
The society enjoys a convenient location with hospitals, malls, and restaurants within walking distance. Autos and buses are readily available nearby for easy transportation. Residents benefit from 24/7 water availability and sufficient parking space for both visitors and residents. All modern amenities, including a garden, gym, and play area, contribute to a comfortable living environment. Additionally, there are no issues with leakage or seepage in the flats. South-west facing flats like ours are well-ventilated, receiving ample sunlight. Any issues within the society are promptly addressed, and maintenance charges are kept at a normal rate.
Things need improvement
The society is situated near a highway, which has led to some traffic congestion, particularly due to ongoing metro construction. Unfortunately, the nearest railway station is quite far, approximately 11 km away from the society. Additionally, there is no swimming pool available within the society premises.

It boasts modern amenities such as a gym, play area, and garden for residents' enjoyment. Ample parking space is available, fostering convenience for residents and visitors alike. The community spirit is strong, with residents being friendly and celebrating festivals together. Additionally, water is available 24/7, ensuring continuous access for residents' needs.
Things need improvement
The local railway station is 40 minutes away, adding to commute times for residents. While metro construction work is in progress, the metro has not yet arrived in this area. Additionally, the society does not have a swimming pool, and there is a slight leakage issue in some flats, warranting attention.

Outside the society, there are nearby local shops, supermarkets, grocery stores, schools, and restaurants conveniently located. Both guest and resident parking facilities are available within the society. Maintenance services are efficient, ensuring cleanliness is consistently upheld. Garbage collection is punctual. The roads are well-maintained, and street lights function effectively. The residents are understanding and friendly, with no issues related to pets. Security measures and the functionality of lifts are also commendable.
Things need improvement
Some flats could have been constructed with better quality materials. The society faces significant issues with construction quality, particularly affecting walls where plaster often comes off. Seepage and leakage problems are frequent concerns within the society.

Good things here
The society is connected to the highway. The residents are good, and we celebrate festivals together. Bachelors are allowed in the society. Ventilation is good, and sunlight comes into the flats. The lifts are maintained. Pets are allowed in the society.
Things need improvement
Autos are available from the society, but the frequency is very low. There is a lot of traffic on the roads near the society due to construction. In the morning, signals on the roads are often not working, which causes problems in crossing the roads. All modern amenities are available, but they are not maintained at all. There are a lot of leakage and seepage issues in the flats.

Good things here
The market and public transport are easily accessible from the society, and the roads outside the society are good. There is no issue with leakage or seepage, and parking is very spacious. The lifts are well maintained, and the people are decent and cooperative. Festivals are celebrated, and water is available 24/7. Cleanliness is maintained.
Things need improvement
The neighborhood gets a bit congested with traffic, which can be a hassle. Unfortunately, the society doesn't have a swimming pool, which could be a downside for some. While there are modern amenities available, they could use some better upkeep.

This is big complex residency ,security system and maintenance is good .Auto cabs are easily available around the society.Proper electricity and water supply.Allocated parking space for owners and visitors.All the festivals and events are celebrated in the society.Spacious amenities like club house,park and sports courts.
Things need improvement
Local railway station is 8 to 10km away from the society.Some units of the apartments faces seepage issues.There is no swimming pool in the society.

The society was secure with CCTV cameras and guards, fostering a safe environment. Festivals were celebrated joyfully, and residents maintained a decent demeanor. There were no reported issues of leakage or seepage in my flat, and all modern amenities were accessible and well-maintained. The roads outside the society were also well-kept, with auto cabs readily available for transportation needs.
Things need improvement
During summers, the society encountered a slight water issue, requiring the arrangement of tankers. Additionally, there was some traffic near the society during peak hours.

Connectivity is up to the mark schools, collages, autos and buses are easily available, malls like zudio and star bazar are nearby. flats are specious people are very friendly, whenever they meet in any functions, they greed very nicely. metro is not here but construction is going on after that metro will also accusable. water supply is also grate in summers also. I am living here since 10yrs I have not faced any construction related issue. visitors have visitors parking in the society. gym, garden, play area is present in the society. hospitals are nearby. neighbours are educated and decent. society is highway connected.
Things need improvement
Society is highly connected because of that there are traffic jam issues in peak hours. balcony is not for every flats. there are not any apps for security, like my gate app. swimming pool is not present in the society.

In the society, there is sufficient parking allocated for residents and visitors. The flats have good ventilation and receive ample sunlight, with no issues of leakage. Festivals are celebrated together by everyone. The residents are very cooperative and pleasant. Connectivity is good with autos and buses easily available. Cleanliness is maintained up to the mark.
Things need improvement
The gym and garden in the society are under maintenance, and there is no swimming pool. Water supply is limited and needs to be stored. There are issues with seepage in the society.
