The availability of amenities such as a swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, and various sports facilities like badminton, table tennis, and basketball courts provide opportunities for recreation and fitness. The inclusion of a yoga hall and indoor games parlors adds to the holistic well-being of the residents. The presence of a community hall and gardens fosters a sense of togetherness and social interaction among residents. Moreover, having friendly and helpful neighbors adds to the overall appeal of the community, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all. Such a well-rounded living environment would undoubtedly enhance the quality of life for its residents.

Plumbing quality lacks reliability, and timely auto services are unavailable, posing inconveniences for residents in this otherwise outstanding living environment.

This society has excellent transportation facilities, with buses readily available near the bus stop. Additionally, access to cab services like Uber is plentiful. Adjacent to the society lies VIJETHA supermarket, providing convenient shopping options. Schools and hospitals are conveniently located within a 2km radius. Maintenance services, including cleaning and garbage collection, are commendable, due to the availability of servants and maids within the society. There are no issues with water or electricity, as maintenance services ensure smooth operations and no water leakage problems. The society has fantastic amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, and well-maintained outdoor play areas for residents to enjoy. The clubhouse is also well-kept with regular maintenance checks. Notably, the cost of living in this society is reasonable.
Things need improvement
There are some minor issues within this society due to inadequate construction design, resulting in only corner flats enjoying good ventilation while the remaining flats suffer from poor ventilation. Overall maintenance needs significant improvement. Additionally, the grocery store within the society has been shut down.

The construction quality is commendable, with no cracks on walls and excellent ventilation throughout the premises.

The society urgently requires sanitation and hygiene improvements to ensure the well-being of its residents. Additionally, the malfunctioning lift and congested building pose safety risks and inconvenience. Soundproofing measures are necessary to address noise disturbances from adjacent walls.

Unfortunately, our neighborhood lacks nearby public transport options, with no bus stops in close proximity. The maintenance of lifts leaves much to be desired, as they frequently require repairs. Construction quality is subpar, evident from issues like seepage, leakage, and blocked drains in bathrooms. Additionally, the surrounding labor colony contributes to crowding, posing an inconvenience.

Maintenance of the society is very good. The water facilities are excellent, with reliable power backups. Garbage collection is very efficient; they collect and manage waste well. Public transportation options are available within a convenient 500 meters. Maintenance charges are reasonable. Parking areas are spacious, and there are visitor parking slots available. Prices are very competitive in the area. Cleanliness is very good and well-managed, and security is excellent, ensuring safety for residents.
Things need improvement
The construction quality is very poor because it's an old building. There are some issues with seepage in certain areas. Amenities like clubhouse, gym, and table tennis are not available. The swimming pool is available, but it only operates during some summers. Metro stations are available but quite far away, about 3-4 kilometers, which is not very convenient.

The residents are known for being friendly and respectful, creating a pleasant atmosphere. Plus, everything you need is easily accessible from the society.
Things need improvement
Maintenance charges in the society are quite high, around 5000 rupees. Hospitals are located approximately 3-4 kilometers away from the society, which might pose some inconvenience. Additionally, parking rates in the city are known to be congested, causing difficulties for residents.

The construction of the society was completed around 7 to 8 years ago, with no reported issues such as seepages due to high-quality construction standards. Amenities include a swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, and children's play area within the park.
Things need improvement
The community lacks a metro station, and the nearest one is approximately 10km away, which is quite far.
