Good things here

I was living there during covid time and at that time I had friendly and humble neighbours. There were CCTV cameras and security guards available. The society had good connectivity with public transport like buses, autos, and cabs easily available. Regular garbage collection was maintained, and there were schools and hospitals nearby. Parking was available for residents, elevators were installed and maintained, and there was regular electricity and water supply without any breaks. The gym and clubhouse were available and well-maintained.

Things need improvement

During that time, there was no proper road, and it took a year for the road to be built. Maintenance was poor, with charges for everything. There was no WiFi in the guest room, and it cost 3000-4000 per room. There were issues like water leakage in the bathroom, improper fittings, gaps in tiles, cement on tiles, and damp kitchen walls due to bathroom leakage. The finishing and plaster could have been better. The switches were not proper, and the gym charged 1000 per month without a trainer. The maintenance charge was 3000, which was high, and there was an extra charge for the swimming pool. The mosquito net had enough gaps to let mosquitoes in.

This society has excellent open spaces within its premises, a notable feature of this society. The connectivity of the society is enhanced by the presence of two major supermarkets within approximately 500 meters. The cab facilities, available for booking 24/7, contribute to the convenience of residents. Schools and hospitals are conveniently located within a radius of 3 to 5 kilometers from the society. Maintenance services are top-notch, ensuring 24/7 water supply and electricity backups. The constructions are well-designed, featuring spacious floor plans and excellent ventilation in all flats. The occupancy rate is relatively low, with only seven families residing for every ten flats. The society offers an array of amenities including a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, basketball, badminton, volleyball, and football grounds, as well as indoor games facilities.

Things need improvement

The major drawback of this society is the lack of available public transportation options, as there are no bus stops nearby, and the nearest metro station is also far away.

Good things here

Connectivity options like cabs and autos are easily available in the society if we book through Ola and Uber. People in the society are very friendly and respectful. Amenities like the swimming pool, clubhouse, etc. , are well-maintained in the society. Water facilities are excellent, operating smoothly 24/7. Power backup is available in the society. Garbage collection is very good, with separate collection of wet and dry waste at specific times. The parking area is very spacious, and there is also a designated visitor parking area in the society.

Things need improvement

Maintenance charges are expensive in the society. Additionally, there's an extra fee for parking within the society. The roads are not in good condition. Furthermore, there is an issue with stray dogs in the society. These concerns should be addressed to improve the overall living experience and infrastructure within the society.

School- There are several renowned school is close proximity, such as Manthan International School, Vista International School. Hospital- You have access to hospital like Aksha Hospitals, Shree Hospital and Aparna Hospitals. Restaurants- There are various restaurents nearby, oneof them being Theeth Masala. Market- It is nearly 5-10 min drive.

The society has a low population density, with friendly and cooperative residents who celebrate festivals like Diwali, Dusshera, and Holi together. Maintenance both outside and inside is good, with high-quality construction and amenities such as a swimming pool, gym, and play area available.

Things need improvement

Residents in this society face connectivity issues outside as buses, shopping malls, schools, and hospitals are not nearby, requiring them to travel a distance of 5 kilometers for access.

The connectivity of the society is excellent due to the presence of supermarkets, several schools, hospitals, and petrol stations all located Nallagandla area within a 3km radius of the community. The open spaces within the community are also excellent, providing ample room for everyone to walk around freely and offering plenty of space for children to play. The maintenance of the community is good, with regular garbage collection and an uninterrupted water supply. Amenities such as the gym, swimming pool, and indoor games facilities are well-maintained. Additionally, the construction quality of the buildings is high, with no issues such as seepage, and regular painting is underway.
