I'm thrilled to share that my experience living in our society has been absolutely fantastic. Everything seems to be in place, and all the amenities are readily available, which greatly enhances our living experience. It's wonderful to have access to facilities like gyms, swimming pools, and clubhouses right within our community. The overall atmosphere is pleasant, and I haven't encountered any major issues or concerns. I'm grateful for the positive environment our society provides, and I look forward to continuing to enjoy all the great aspects of living here.

The community offers several advantages. For example, it provides easy access to public transportation, including cars, buses, and taxis. Markets are close by, and the roads are in decent shape. The buildings have enough ventilation and are of good construction quality, with no seepage, leaks, or termite problems. There is a steady supply of water, plenty of parking, and regular rubbish collection. There is good upkeep for features including the clubhouse, play area, swimming pool, and gym. The neighbors frequently take part in neighborhood events and are really pleasant and sociable. Security guards are on duty round-the-clock, and elevators are maintained and serviced.
Things need improvement
The administration makes certain that every facility is operable and well-maintained. The great community atmosphere and the amenities offered cater to the demands of every resident, thereby increasing their pleasure. Nothing about the residents is disliked; everything works well and effortlessly.

The quality of construction in our society is excellent, with no issues of leakage or seepage. The rooms are spacious and well-designed, providing a comfortable living environment. We have CCTV coverage throughout all areas, ensuring the safety of residents. Guards are stationed at each entrance, further enhancing security. The community is friendly and cooperative, fostering a pleasant atmosphere. Local transportation options such as auto rickshaws, taxis, Ola, and Uber are easily accessible, which adds convenience to daily�commuting.
Things need improvement
One of the significant challenges we face in our society is the lack of easily accessible public transport facilities. Specifically, there is no metro service in the area, and the nearest railway station is quite far away. Additionally, bus services are not readily available within our society. This transportation deficit makes it inconvenient for residents who rely on public transport for their daily commuting�needs.

No issues like leakage , seepage or cracks. Good ventilation. Good connectivity with availability of cabs , autos and public transport. Amenities like swimming pool, gym and club house are available and accessible to everyone. Good water , electricity supply in the society. Good parking and security facilities.
Things need improvement
Been there in covid19 , hence had no or little interactions with people . No other issues faced in the society during my stay. Its a great society with all the things needed, available.
