Good things here
Connectivity in our society is exceptional, with public transportation options like autos, buses, and cabs easily accessible just outside. Everything one might need, from malls to market areas, schools, and grocery stores, surrounds the society, making its location ideal. We're fortunate to have amenities like parks and play areas for kids, all impeccably maintained. Parking facilities are ample, ensuring convenience for residents. The community spirit is strong, with people being sociable and participating in cultural events and festivals together. CCTV cameras are installed for added security. Our lifts operate smoothly, and the society is consistently clean, with hygiene standards well-maintained. Electricity supply is reliable, supplemented by power backup when needed. All in all, the society offers a comfortable and convenient living environment.
Things need improvement
If any construction issues arise in the apartments, residents are responsible for arranging and covering the costs of repair works; the society does not offer a repair mechanism for such damages. Additionally, amenities like a swimming pool, gym, and clubhouse are not available within the society.

Living in our society is truly convenient, with easy access to essential facilities like hospitals, colleges, and markets. This proximity enhances our daily lives, making it easier to access healthcare, education, and everyday necessities. One of the things I appreciate most about our society is the dedication of our staff to maintaining our amenities. Thanks to their hard work and commitment, our amenities are always in excellent condition, ensuring that residents can enjoy them to the fullest.
Things need improvement
One area that needs improvement in our society is security. Currently, there's a lack of proper tracking of people and vendors entering and leaving the premises. This poses potential safety risks and compromises our residents' peace of mind. Additionally, approximately 90% of our open area poses risks to vehicles, increasing the likelihood of damage. Another concern is the insufficient allocated space for guests. With limited parking available outside the society, guests are often forced to park in areas where space is scarce. This not only inconveniences visitors but also contributes to congestion and potential safety hazards.

Good things here
I am quite impressed with the overall connectivity of the society. It is excellent and ensures that I have never faced any issues in this regard. The amenities are fairly good, and the maintenance team is efficient. The people in the society are generally friendly, making it a pleasant place to live.
Things need improvement
However, there are a few areas that need improvement. The construction quality is not up to the mark, and there are concerns about its durability. Additionally, there is a recurring issue of water logging at the main gate of the society, which causes inconvenience at times.

Society ki connectivity bohot achi hai autos easily mil jate hai. sari modern amenities hai jese swimming pool, clubhouse or gym. resident bohot co-operative hai, Saare festivals maaye jate hai. society bohot secured hai.
Things need improvement
Society me bohot logon ne ill- legal construction badaya hai apne aapne flat me. jab tak society maintenance builder ke haat me tha tab tak acche se maintained tha, abhi society me log achese maintain nhi karte hai. amenities sab hai to lakn well maintained nhi hai wo.

Good things here
Autos are about 200-300 meters away from our society, and buses and cabs are also easy to find. The restaurant and market area are just half a kilometer from the society. We have CCTV cameras and lifts installed and kept in good condition. There's no problem with waterlogging. Our society is very well maintained, and amenities like the gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse are also well looked after. People are friendly and celebrate together. The best thing about our society is the pleasant atmosphere.
Things need improvement
There's no metro station nearby, and sometimes there's a seepage issue in the houses. I don't have any improvements in mind for the society.

Good things here
I usually book an Ola cab, and it arrives easily. There are no traffic issues. The maintenance of the society is good, and cleanliness is always maintained. The lifts are in good condition, and if there's any issue, it gets resolved quickly. There is open area parking in our block. Amenities like gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse are available in the society. People are also good, and everyone lives together like a family.
Things need improvement
The construction quality of the society is terrible. Extremely poor quality materials were used in building the society. This is the biggest issue. Cement is falling off, there's leakage, and a foul smell emanates. There's seepage in bedrooms, and it's starting to decay. We've tired of repairing it; now, we're finally putting tiles on the walls. Because of this, pipelines and other things are getting damaged.

Good things here
The maintenance of the society is commendable, with excellent security staff and CCTV cameras in place. Public transport is easily accessible, and there are nearby markets, schools, and hospitals. Despite being an old society, the construction quality is good, and we have various amenities available.
Things need improvement
However, I believe there's room for improvement, especially in modernizing the facilities. The entrance to the society looks outdated, and the lifts are quite small. Nonetheless, the parking area is satisfactory.

Good things here
CCTV cameras and lifts were there. Construction quality of the building was good as there was no seepage or leakage issues. Friendly neighbours.
Things need improvement
No local transports like Metro, cabs or autos were available nearby. The society does not have any connectivity.
