Good things here
The connectivity in our society is excellent, with the railway station just a 10-minute drive away. We have multiple hospitals and schools in close proximity, along with numerous grocery shops and malls. Additionally, there are plenty of cafes nearby where residents can unwind. Local transport options such as auto-rickshaws, cabs, Ola, and Uber are readily available. The area is peaceful, and the flats are spacious with proper ventilation. Residents are known for being helpful and cooperative, and maintenance tasks like painting are carried out regularly without disturbance. We celebrate all events and festivals together, fostering a happy atmosphere where people are genuinely friendly and welcoming.
Things need improvement
Overall, the building as a whole doesn't experience leakage or seepage issues, but specifically on the terrace below the 7th floor flat, there are problems with leaks. However, residents are responsible for fixing these issues at their own cost. There isn't a maintenance team dedicated to addressing internal leakage and seepage problems; they primarily focus on external issues. This is a basic society without modern amenities, featuring only one clubhouse, limited play facilities, and a small garden. The lifts are outdated, and power cuts occur frequently, sometimes daily, with power backup available only for common areas. Additionally, the society lacks 24-hour bmc water supply, necessitating the use of tanker facilities, which significantly increases maintenance charges, amounting to approximately 3,000 to 4,000 per month depending on tanker supply. Fire exit spaces haven't been provided, and the management team hasn't conducted any seismic tests to assess earthquake readiness in the society.

Good things here
Living in our society has been a fantastic experience! Our neighbors are incredibly friendly and create a welcoming community atmosphere. The presence of a pool and a gym ground adds to the quality of life, offering great amenities for fitness and relaxation. The entire society is always neat and clean, contributing to a pleasant environment. Additionally, booking Ola and Uber is a breeze, making transportation hassle-free.
Things need improvement
While our society has many positives, there are some areas that need attention. Water leakage issues have been a persistent problem, and it significantly affects the living conditions. Additionally, the gym and pool require proper maintenance to ensure they are safe and enjoyable to use. Addressing these concerns would greatly improve the overall quality of life for all residents.

Good things here
Society culture of this society is very good. Security facilities are also okay, CCTV's are there. . Gyms, swimming pools , garden everything is provided and gyms are maintained. no issues regarding water supply, electricals supply, etc. there are no issues regarding seepage, cracks etc. , parking space is also sufficient. Garbage collection facilities are also provided.
Things need improvement
The only issue I face is regarding connectivity, roads are not properly maintained due to which autos and cabs are not easily accessible. Apart from this, everything is good.

Unit of the apartment was very beautiful and semi furnished ,moduler kitchen had been provided,dray ares was also there. layout of 25 wings was impressive. connectivity was good,near by auto ,cabs available.

There was not parking space for the residence,no amenities like club house swimming pool had been provided,there was cracks and seepage issues in the apartment,garden was there but for kids only.

Society ka maintenance accha hai, power & water supply is adequate. Connectivity mein public transport mil jata hai easily paas mein. Construction quality bhi sahi hai, no seepage. walls crack issues. Amenities like gym, swimming pool & clubhouse sab hai society mein.

Good things here
People were friendly and used to celebrate every event together auto stand were near by the society, Security is very good in the society they use my gate app as per her “ koi bhi aata hai aagar delivery boy bhi aata hai to unhe hume aandar aane ke aap se permission deni padati hai”. bachalors are not allowed in the society. Enviroment of the society is the Big plus point

Metro station is 2.5km away from the society, there water issue is there in the society.

There are lot of issues in the society. there is no power back up in the society. no proper parking area allocated for the residents. not any local transport is available near to the society. auto charges are higher. security and secretary both are not at all friendly as well as efficient. No modern amenities available in the society. painting is due. Tenants are not invited for any cultural events or festivals celebration. enough drinking water is not available.

The transportation connectivity near the society is satisfactory with availability of public transport options. The roads are in good condition. Hospitals and restaurants are accessible nearby. The maintenance quality is also fine with all basic services provided. Garbage removal is done every morning. Elevators are present. The construction quality is also fine with ventilation and no seepage and leakage issues. There is a play area and a parking lot. The people are friendly and cooperative.
Things need improvement
Amenities like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse are not available. Other than that no negative points could be noticed regarding society.

Cleanliness is maintained, with daily garbage collection, and the security system is in good as All areas are under CCTV surveillance for added security. The residents are cooperative and helpful, and festivals are celebrated well within the society. There is 24-hour water and electricity supply�available.

The major drawback of this society is that it is a stand-alone building with zero amenities available. Additionally, there are parking areas and lifts provided�in�the�society.

Safety measures are top-notch, including CCTV surveillance in all areas, security guards at the entrance, and the adoption of biometric authentication. Tenants are welcomed without discrimination, fostering a friendly atmosphere where all events and programs are celebrated together within the society. Overall, the living experience in the society is highly satisfying, and the atmosphere is peaceful.

There is no metro station nearby the society, and there's currently no construction of one either. In terms of amenities, we only have basic facilities such as a clubhouse and a play area. Unfortunately, there is no swimming pool available. Additionally, the maintenance team has not yet conducted a seismic test to assess the society's readiness for earthquakes.
