Good things here
The schools near our society are conveniently located for me. Our neighbors are extremely friendly, fostering a strong sense of community, and we celebrate every festival together like a family. Garbage collection in the society is efficiently carried out daily. The maintenance charges are reasonable, around 3000 rupees. Furthermore, cabs and autos are readily available on the main road within walking distance, providing convenient transportation options for residents.
Things need improvement
The maintenance of the lift in the society is consistently poor, with frequent breakdowns requiring repairs. This becomes particularly inconvenient when the lift stops working, especially when children are present. Moreover, repairs often take 4-5 days to resolve, causing additional inconvenience for residents. Furthermore, the construction quality in the society is subpar, as evidenced by visible cracks in the walls.

Good things here
The kids' play area is large and enjoyable, offering ample space for recreation. Nearby schools are within walking distance, ensuring easy access for children. Robust security measures include CCTV surveillance throughout the society, enhancing safety. Cabs are readily available within the premises, providing convenient transportation options. Essential facilities such as grocery shops and markets are conveniently located approximately 800 meters away from the society, within walking distance.
Things need improvement
The lift remains out of service due to flooding. Amenities such as the swimming pool, clubhouse, and gym have also been damaged by the floods. The water facility in the society has been compromised as a result of the flooding. Moreover, drainage cleaning in the society is only average, which worsens the overall situation.

Good things here
The community within the society is excellent. Cabs from services like Ola or Uber are readily available when booked within the premises. Pollution is non-existent in the vicinity. The construction quality exceeds that of phase-1. Water facilities are satisfactory, and a reliable power backup system is in place. The residents are very friendly, cooperative, and predominantly well-educated.
Things need improvement
Phase-1 lacks amenities such as a swimming pool and clubhouse, which are available in phase-2. The maintenance charges in the society are high, amounting to around 5000 rupees. There is significant traffic congestion during evening hours.

Having hospitals available in front of the society is convenient for emergencies. The people are very positive-minded and cooperative. Additionally, facilities like a grocery shop are available inside the society, adding to convenience.
Things need improvement
The lack of connectivity such as cabs and autos is inconvenient for residents. Amenities are available but only temporarily in the society. The construction quality is very poor, and the roads are in bad condition. Additionally, there is no gas connection wire in the kitchen, and the water facility is inadequate, requiring water to be brought in by lorries, which makes daily water usage difficult.

The maintenance of amenities is commendable, with consistent maintenance charges and convenient access to cabs through booking services like Ola. Lifts are functioning properly and well-maintained.
Things need improvement
The construction quality leaves much to be desired, as there are occasional seepage issues in the society. The presence of the main road in front of the society leads to disturbances and pollution, exacerbated by the poor condition of the roads.

Hospitals are conveniently located within a 1-kilometer radius for emergencies, which is convenient. The residents are cooperative and have a positive mindset. Amenities like the swimming pool are well-maintained in the society.
Things need improvement
The construction quality is extremely poor, with the builder failing to deliver on promised features. Additionally, the maintenance of lifts in the society is substandard.

Connectivity like cabs are easily available inside the society. Hospitals are very near for emergency. All facilities are available witha walkable distance.

Constructionquality is very bad ther was a leekage and seepage issues in the society. Roads are very bad infront of the society. Unable to drive during rain due to logged on roads.

The society is multicultural, the people living in this apartment were from different states and some countries also.
