Good things here
We have a lot of open space where I enjoy walking in the evening, and children enjoy playing. Connectivity-wise, there is a petrol bunk, ATM, bus stop, supermarkets, and a school within 1 km. The area has street lights and ample parking space. The management takes care of maintenance, including proper cleaning and daily garbage collection. We have good water and power supply, and the lift functions well. The construction is excellent, with large, spacious rooms that get good ventilation. Amenities include table tennis, a basketball court, a badminton court, a gym, a swimming pool, a clubhouse, a children�s play area, a walking track, and a community hall. The people here are friendly and cooperative.
Things need improvement
The road conditions in our community are substandard, causing inconvenience and safety concerns for residents. Urgent repairs and maintenance are necessary to ensure smoother and safer transportation routes.

The atmosphere, surroundings, and maintenance of the place are excellent. Housekeeping staff ensures thorough cleaning, and daily garbage collection is efficiently managed. The lift maintenance is top-notch, and painting is meticulously done. Connectivity within the society is outstanding, located on the main road with grocery stores, supermarkets, and a bus stop all within 1 km. Nearby schools and hospitals, along with good road conditions and street lights, ensure safety. Ample parking space is available, and construction-wise, there have been no issues. Rooms are well-ventilated, and amenities such as a swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, children's play area, and walking track enhance the living experience.
Things need improvement
Noise pollution is a concern due to the proximity of the main road to the society, affecting the tranquility of the environment.

Good things here
I used to live in this society and had no issues during my stay. Maintenance was perfect with no problems with the lift, cleaning, garbage collection, or other maintenance tasks. Connectivity was great as Ola and Uber never canceled rides, and railway stations and airports were not far away. We had all the amenities like a garden, children's play area, swimming pool, gym, and clubhouses, and they were always in perfect condition. The construction was solid with no seepage, leakage, cracks, or termite issues. The neighborhood was friendly and welcoming, making it a pleasant place to live.
Things need improvement
I have no dislikes about my time living in this society. Everything was well-maintained, and there were no significant problems. It was a comfortable and convenient place to live.

Good things here
The place is fantastic to live I have not faced in issue so far. It has all the basic amenities like gym, swimming pool available in the society. The place is well-ventilated and cleanliness is taken well care of. People are great and friendly here, we celebrate festivals together. The maintenance is also great.

Good things here
There has never been an issue with leakage or seepage in the society. There is enough greenery around. All modern amenities are available and well-maintained. The lifts are in good condition. Cleanliness is maintained, and the residents are cooperative.
Things need improvement
Recently, we faced water crises in the society. The maintenance charges are slightly high. Although there is a library in the society, it is not functional. There is a traffic issue in the nearby area during weekends. The metro station is 3 km away from the society.

Good things here
The society has exceptional connectivity, with hospitals just 100 meters away, schools within 300 meters, major colleges only 1 kilometer distant, and a conveniently located bus stop right in front of the society ensuring easy access for residents. Vibrant festival celebrations lasting 3 to 4 days each add to the community's charm. The good construction quality of the buildings is due to there being no leakage problems, and maintenance is also excellent because of the 24/7 water supply and efficient power backup systems. Amenities like the gym, swimming pool, and play area are well-maintained.
Things need improvement
The major drawback of this society is the lack of EV charging availability for residents who own electric vehicles, hindering their ability to easily recharge their vehicles.

I absolutely love the well-maintained facilities in the society, especially the indoor and outdoor gym, sports courts, and play areas for kids. The easy connectivity to public transportation and online delivery services like Amazon, Swiggy, and Zomato is a huge plus. Having a market right in front of the society and other shopping complexes nearby makes everyday life convenient.

While the neighborhood seems to offer a plethora of amenities and services, the mention of an 'in-house market' within the society itself could potentially limit residents' choices and competition from external vendors. It's important for residents to have options and access to a variety of goods and services to suit their preferences and budgets.
