The presence of a swimming pool and clubhouse adds a great recreational dimension to the community, enhancing the overall quality of life for residents. Availability of parking is always appreciated, as it eases the daily logistics of commuting.

The buildings boast excellent construction quality, free from seepage or termite issues, with proper ventilation and high-quality plaster and fittings adding to our comfort. Environmental responsibility is a priority here, with regular garbage collection services that include the segregation of wet and dry waste. Additionally, we enjoy uninterrupted access to essential utilities such as electricity and water, contributing to our convenience and well-being. Each resident is provided with designated parking, ensuring organized parking arrangements and hassle-free access. Modern amenities like a gym and clubhouse are available, providing opportunities for recreation and socialization. Moreover, our neighborhood is characterized by its friendly and caring neighbors, who foster a supportive community atmosphere. Good connectivity is facilitated by easily accessible public transport options such as buses and autos, and the nearby presence of schools, hospitals, and markets adds to the overall convenience of living here.

There are several concerns within the society that need attention. Firstly, cabs are not easily available, making transportation challenging for residents. Additionally, there is a shortage of water, especially during the summer months, although this issue is prevalent throughout Pune. The gym is small and not well-maintained, detracting from its usability. Security measures are in place, but they are not consistently active, and improvements in this area are necessary. Furthermore, there are occasional lapses in garbage collection by the municipality, indicating a need for improvement in waste management services.

The neighborhood is very friendly and rated highly. The housing society offers excellent amenities including gardens, children's play areas, swimming pool, gym, clubs, park, and security. The construction quality is good with adequate ventilation and sunlight. The presence of a mini cinema adds to the entertainment options.

Connectivity is limited with no autos available and inadequate transportation options, which can be inconvenient. Maintenance fees are considered high, and parking is paid, which adds to the expenses.

The society has good connectivity with autos, cabs, metro, and the railway station just 7 km away. The environment is green and pleasant, with ample underground parking space and a temple. There are no leakage or seepage issues. People are quite friendly.

Sometimes there is a problem with garbage collection when people don't pay the maintenance fees, but it is manageable. The society is great to live in.

It's such a relief not to have to worry about pesky seepage or leakage problems in my place. It's such a big relief and makes living here so much more comfortable. And the neighborhood? It's fantastic. It's safe, secure, and has such a great vibe overall. Having a security guard adds that extra layer of peace of mind, knowing that someone is looking out for our well-being. One of the major perks of living here is the proximity to the market area. It's incredibly convenient to have shops and amenities nearby. Whether I need to grab some groceries or just want to explore the local shops, everything is within easy reach. It really adds to the quality of life and makes living here so enjoyable.

Nearby, there are good schools, hospitals, local markets, and pharmacies, providing convenience for residents. All modern amenities in the society are fully functional and well-maintained. The builder has provided full power backup facilities, including generators for common areas and inverters for units. Adequate parking space is allocated for owners and visitors. Tenants can also access all facilities available in the society. The rooms are spacious and well-designed, each attached with a balcony for added comfort.
Things need improvement
During peak summers, water supply can be a significant concern at times. The society relies on bore water supply as there is no BMC water connection available. Occasionally, tanker facilities need to be used, which can impact maintenance charges. Additionally, it's important to note that this is strictly a family residency, and bachelors are not allowed in the society.
