Good things here
Construction quality and amenities is very good, swimming pool, clubhouse, all the things are available in society and there is no problem�of�seepage.
Things need improvement
Maintenance charges were very high and there was a problem in connectivity as the metro is not�nearby�at�all.

I like the common park/garden in the society very much. it gives so calmness to me.
Things need improvement
The parking space outside the society gate is very less. this is something which i dislike in the society

Good things here
Excellent connectivity through the metro network, also well connected by roads to parts of delhi, good facilities of hospitals and schools.
Things need improvement
Society maintenance should be improved. In giving the maintenance charges , if the person gets delayed by 2-3 days , they cut the power supply. This should be taken into consideration to improve maintenance of society.

Connectivity is really great like local transport easily available. all the amenities has been provided in the society.

The construction quality is poor, the building is not in a good condition and seepage problem is also here.

The availability of the public transportation is very well. the roads an the area around is always clean, no water shortage and electricity problem here

The metro station is quite far away from the society and there is no visitors parking allowed,

Great metro connectivity, this society has power back up and 24/7 water supply and good amenities like clubhouse and gym.
Things need improvement
There is no visitors parking here, it should be improved in this society as soon as possible.
